About The Role
Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing and Strategic Alliances, you will lead and implement brand marketing and strategic alliance initiatives to support business priorities. This role involves collaborating with various business functions and external partners to maximize benefits through engagement and initiatives. You will also support company-wide initiatives for AIA Hong Kong and Macau, and AIA Group when needed.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of brand and sponsorship campaigns, including content development and activations
- Plan and manage publicity strategies and advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to deliver engagement initiatives efficiently
- Support celebrity engagements and partnership activities
- Ensure brand guidelines are upheld and brand consistency across communications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets
- Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing or related roles
- Creative with attention to brand aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Digital and social media savvy

As an Associate in the Emerging Market Corporate Bond Team, you will be responsible for producing high quality, insightful and impactful credit research on Emerging Market corporate bond issuers across multiple sectors. The analysis will include both fundamental and relative value analysis across issuers, maturities, and currencies. You should have strong written and verbal skills and be able to communicate your views to portfolio managers and analysts, across Hong Kong, Shanghai, London and New York.
Job responsibilities
- Build bottom-up fundamental research and relative value analysis on a group of corporate credits across multiple sectors under assigned coverage.
- Perform fundamental sector analysis and be conversant in factors driving performance of the industry and constituents.
- Develop relative value opinions on covered credits and be able to present views in discussions with portfolio managers.
- Recommend relative value ranking for each sector and issuer covered.
- Publish concise and well-structured research notes on issuers under coverage on regular basis.
- Coordinate credit and relative value views, including relative value across currencies, with counterparts and portfolio managers in London, Hong Kong, Shanghai and New York.
- Interact with company managements, sell side analysts (debt & equity), and rating agency analysts.
- Attend industry conferences and other investor meetings as appropriate.
- 5 years+ of Emerging Market corporate research experience, on the buy-side with a proven track record or with a top-tier sell-side institution.
- Strong fundamental credit analysis and financial modelling skills.
- Solid understanding of relative value analysis and factors influencing credit spread performance.
- Understanding of key ESG drivers for the sectors covered.
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) in English.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Team player.
- Excel, Word, Power Point and Bloomberg.
- Experience covering / investing in multiple corporate sectors in Asia across investment grade and high yield issuers.

- Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure, and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and able to communicate with internal and external parties effectively.
- Experience gained from Mainland China market is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese.

We are seeking a Marketing Officer for Brand Strategy & Programmes to develop and execute brand strategies, manage PR initiatives, oversee content marketing, and coordinate events to enhance our brand presence globally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage brand positioning and communication strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Create and oversee content marketing, including press releases and thought leadership materials.
- Manage media relations, including outreach and crisis communication.
- Organize events and sponsorships to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality delivery.
- Minimum 3 years of brand management experience, with at least 1 year in financial services (experience with CFDs/FX is a plus).
- Proven media relationships and successful PR campaign experience.
- Exceptional writing skills in English and Chinese (samples required).
- Knowledge of Hong Kong’s financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
