Administrative Duties:

1、 會議安排及陪同:安排並陪同高級管理層在香港、中國大陸、澳門及海外進行日常商務及個人活動(包括公幹、客戶會議、私人約會、預約及日常提醒);

Meeting Arrangement & Accompaniment: Schedule and accompany senior management in daily business and personal activities across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, and overseas (including business trips, client meetings, private appointments, reservations, and reminders);

2、 管理層事務統籌:協助管理層處理內外事務工作,包括但不限於日常行政工作,參與會議及各項業務活動,會議紀要等;

Management Affairs Coordination: Assist management in handling internal and external administrative tasks, including but not limited to routine administrative duties, participation in meetings and business events, and meeting minutes;

3、 臨時任務處理:根據需要執行交辦的臨時工作,這些工作可能涉及正常工作時間以外的工作。

Ad-Hoc Task Handling: Execute ad-hoc assignments as required, which may involve work outside normal business hours.

任職資格

Qualifications:

1、 擁有金融或相關專業,本科、研究生或以上學歷;

Bachelor's, master's, or higher degree in finance or a related field;

2、 流利的中英文口語能力及良好的書寫能力,包括普通話;

Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);

3、 擁有10年以上支付行業相關經驗(包括協力廠商支付機構、國際清算機構、數字貨幣交易所或銀行國際結算部門),熟悉支付清算全流程、金融監管政策及行業商業模式。有頭部支付機構、國際銀行或知名金融科技公司工作經驗者優先;

10+ years of relevant experience in the payments industry (e.g., third-party payment institutions, international clearing organizations, digital currency exchanges, or bank international settlement departments), with a strong grasp of end-to-end payment processes, financial regulations, and industry business models. Prior experience at leading payment firms, international banks, or renowned fintech companies is preferred;

4、 精通跨境支付、資金結算、外匯管理等業務,具備風控合規意識。瞭解數位貨幣、區塊鏈技術及相關監管框架者優先;

Expertise in cross-border payments, fund settlement, and foreign exchange management, with risk and compliance awareness. Knowledge of digital currencies, blockchain technology, and related regulatory frameworks is a plus;

Job Description

• Conduct credit card market research, including market trend and competitors analysis;
• Use data analysis to evaluate marketing campaigns/business strategies and to identify business opportunities;
• Assist in developing and formulating credit card business strategies, financial model, propositions and tactical plans;
• Prepare business papers, proposals and reports;
• Provide department administrative supports;
