What You Will Do
Schedules appointments for a large territory/client base and meets with existing customers, seeking to expand the business' market share. Provides information and support as required to secure sales. Organizes support from other departments as needed to assist in achieving objectives. Identifies gaps in support and notifies management. Develops sales of new products and searches for new areas in which to sell existing products. Review past trends and sales to customers in order to gain future sales. Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed. Provides recommendations for addressing issues where possible. Informs company of activities or competitive intelligence in the field to assist in business and product planning. Reviews own sales performance against objectives and adjusts focus as indicated to achieve sales goals. Studies and fulfills territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals. Adjusts plan to meet coverage gaps.

You will be responsible for…
- Achieving annual sales targets and generating sales revenue for the company.
- Building strong customer relationship with the customer’s key stakeholders to penetrate key accounts through solid understanding business drivers.
- Analyzing customer’s business needs, challenges and technical requirements to provide bespoke device protection solutions to meet the customer’s business needs.
- Developing and driving strategic and multi-lined business account plans to ensure accounts are managed and continuously grown.
- Managing all customer requirements, needs, issues as well as end-to-end flow of customer journey to professionally.
- Develop and implement business solutions continuously. Manage the projects' status and ensure to be delivered on time.
- Take lead in new project management & implementation
- Daily tracking and reporting on subscriptions and the status of customer base
- Conducting quarterly business reviews with customers to identify and develop new sales opportunities and prepare sales action plan accordingly.
- Acting as a liaison with all internal groups including but not limited to Finance, Legal, Logistics, Operations, and other business groups
- Review & analysis of the market situation and report to senior management periodically

Working in sales, you will influence our customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. For consumer accounts, this involves making recommendations on assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior.
Your Role
As a Key Account Manager, you´ll directly take meaningful and impacting responsibilities as of day 1.
You´ll be in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with your customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of our product categories and markets.
You Will Need To
- Be the point of brand and category expertise with our customers - serving as a trusted business advisor.
- Help by innovating new solutions to complex business challenges.
- Own and manage significant customer accounts.
- Participate on diverse, multi-functional teams and eventually lead and manager others. Your responsibilities would include:
- Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
- Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plans
- Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising
- Translate Business Plans into actionable selling stories for the customer
- Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell mutually beneficial business plans
- Turn raw data into actionable conclusions
- Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new insights
- Provide input into retailer category strategy
- Responsibilities from Day 1 – You will start working on key brands from the beginning. Over time, as you expand your impact on the business, your responsibility and ownership of a brand will quickly grow.

- Strong in communication and collaboration with others.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Cantonese is a must.

- Related product knowledge and good understanding of client network, existing accountrelationships preferred
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with strong business acumen
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
