You will:
- Monitor Macro Market Insights: Monitor key macro / market trends and competitive intelligence, to enable proactive identification of key potential opportunities and threats for the Club's integrated business model.
- Support Club-wide Corporate Strategy: Support the development and orchestration of holistic corporate strategy of HKJC across all divisions to i) Drive Future Business Growth; ii) Strengthen Integrated Business Model; iii) Shape a High Performing Organization.
- Support Mainland Strategic Development: Support disciplined program management for prioritized mainland strategic initiatives across divisions.
- Support CEO-level Corporate Project Management: Support overall project management and PMO responsibilities of cross-divisional taskforce or projects for various initiatives for the Club.
- Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Collaborate with partner divisions in driving and orchestrating clubwide initiatives for the integrated business model of the Club in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Support the annual IBP Process, including Strategic KPI and Corporate Strategic and Operating Plans (CSOP) development
- Work with other team members from CSBPO/TO and other divisions in other corporate and business planning initiatives related to the Club's integrated business model initiatives.
About You
You should have:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business related discipline
- 4-6 years of work experience in leading consulting firms/ corporates/ institutions. Experience in corporate strategy and business planning will be a plus.
- Strong business acumen and commercial sense, with good understanding of latest market, customer and digital trends and topics.
- Skills and relevant experiences to support complex and large-scale projects with cross-divisional stakeholders preferred.
Terms of Employment

**Requirements**
+ University degree in a business-related discipline

+ Excellent quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis
+ Outstanding written communication, oral presentation and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
+ Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
