Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling general enquiries about appropriate course options and courses offered.
  • Enrolling students and taking payments according to the School’s procedures.

The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is responsible for the provision of desirable services for students of the University and enhancing their learning experience. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to fostering whole-person development and a vibrant campus life for students.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Student Affairs to administer the business and output of the Wellness Promotion & Financial Support Division, including among others, student services, personnel management and budget control

• Supervise the work and operation of the Counselling Team, Physical Education Team, and Scholarship and Bursaries Team

• Devise strategies and plans to support students with special educational needs (SEN) and to raise staff members' awareness of SEN issues contributing to the enhancement of campus inclusion

• Develop effective partnership with other University units, student groups and key stakeholders in promoting physical fitness and mental health to all students

• Superintend the services and support rendered to students with financial challenges and those who are eligible to receive awards and scholarships

• Represent the University to serve in the related associations which plan and organise sports events

• Serve as first-line contact of the Office of Student Affairs with the University Grants Committee on the special funding for SEN Students and Elite Athletes

• Support the management in identifying potential risks, and taking effective measures to prevent critical incidents and crisis pertaining to students

• Act as secretary of the University committee(s) as necessary, and to attend meetings of the University committee(s) which are related to student services so as to contribute to the enhancement of their campus life

• Represent the Director of Student Affairs in external occasions as necessary

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Requirements

• A recognised bachelor's degree in health promotion, psychology & counselling, public administration or relevant disciplines

• At least fifteen years' related experience, with at least eight years at executive level, preferably with tertiary institutions or sizeable organisations

• A sound knowledge in managing wellness programmes and student finance in universities

• An excellent mastery of logical thinking, analytical, interpersonal, communication, coordination, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

• A strong sense of self-motivation, responsibility and teamwork relation

• A high calibre to work under tight timelines with a positive attitude

• A great interest in partnering with people from different professions or sectors (such as psychotherapists and sports coaches) to explore new ways for continuous improvement

• An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Support the current Youth Ministry Director in the following areas:

  • Create and implement strategic direction and engaging programs for middle and high school students
  • Plan and co-lead youth gatherings every Friday evening and Sunday morning
  • Build transformative relationships through mentorship and spiritual guidance

University Student Ministry

  • Create and implement a strategy to engage university students in Hong Kong
  • Create and lead outreach events, activities and programs tailored to university students
  • Foster connections between university students and the broader church community
  • Build transformative relationships through discipleship, mentorship and spiritual guidance
  • Integrate student ministry initiatives such as Bridges International and others

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Committed follower of Christ, aligned with the church’s mission and values
  • Prior involvement in youth and/or campus ministry (volunteer or professional)
  • Degree in Theology, Ministry, or related field preferred (not mandatory)
  • Strongteaching, mentoring, and relational abilities
  • Visionary yet practicalin program development
  • Organized and proactivein managing events and volunteers

  • Build transformative relationships through discipleship, mentorship and spiritual guidance
  • Integrate student ministry initiatives such as Bridges International and others

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Committed follower of Christ, aligned with the church’s mission and values
  • Prior involvement in youth and/or campus ministry (volunteer or professional)
  • Degree in Theology, Ministry, or related field preferred (not mandatory)
  • Strongteaching, mentoring, and relational abilities
  • Visionary yet practicalin program development
  • Organized and proactivein managing events and volunteers
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

Join a Prestigious International School – Now Hiring: Student Support Teacher & German Supply Teacher (Primary)

We are representing a highly respected international school known for its commitment to academic excellence and holistic education. The school is currently seeking qualified and passionate educators for the following positions:

1. Student Support Teacher – Secondary School (English Stream)

Start Date: August 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject teachers and Heads of Year to implement personalized learning strategies.
  • Provide direct support to students through individual and small group sessions.
  • Develop and monitor Individual Educational Plans (IEPs).
  • Liaise with external agencies for assessments and feedback.
  • Work closely with the Head of Student Support to ensure inclusive learning practices.

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) in Secondary Education.
  • Experience with learning challenges such as ADHD and Twice Exceptional students.
  • Familiarity with IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience preferred.
  • Collaborative, culturally sensitive, and proactive mindset.

2. German Supply Teacher – Primary School

Start Date: October 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in the German International Stream.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Ensure high standards of learning and student development.

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification (state examination, PGCE or equivalent) in Primary Education.
  • Prior experience in international teaching programs preferred.
  • Immediate availability and readiness to take over responsibilities from day one.
