As a key member of HKUST Library’s Research & Learning Support team, dedicated to enhancing information literacy, research workflows, and academic success for students and researchers through innovative library services, the appointee will assist in:
- Designing, developing, and delivering engaging information and digital literacy learning programs face to face or online.
- Create appealing content for learning and community outreach, including videos, interactive games, quizzes, and posters.
- Collect and analyze library data, including learning assessments, to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Contribute to the organization and management of scholarly outputs and other research support services.
- RLS unit administration, including office management, library classes, information services, student helper supervision, and outreach activities.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- A bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ relevant work experience or a Master’s degree in Library Science (MLS) or equivalent.

As a key member of HKUST Library’s Research & Learning Support team, dedicated to enhancing information literacy, research workflows, and academic success for students and researchers through innovative library services, the appointee will assist in:
- Designing, developing, and delivering engaging information and digital literacy learning programs face to face or online.
- Create appealing content for learning and community outreach, including videos, interactive games, quizzes, and posters.
- Collect and analyze library data, including learning assessments, to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Contribute to the organization and management of scholarly outputs and other research support services.
- RLS unit administration, including office management, library classes, information services, student helper supervision, and outreach activities.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- A bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ relevant work experience or a Master’s degree in Library Science (MLS) or equivalent.
- Strong motivation, proactivity, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is an advantage.
Desirable Qualifications
- Academic background or experience in creative media, or data analysis and visualization will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python) is highly desirable.

The Learning Execution Relationship Management for Wealth will be under the Learning Implementation Services team. The main focus will be to execute operational & administrative activities necessary to achieve the Learning Strategy across all functions, products, & geographies operating according to global standards. This is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate and execute the end to end of the operative / administrative activities related with Wealth
+ Leads program execution activities regarding logistics (virtual/in person), LMS operations and administration (course creation/roster management), platform creation/edits, content testing, facilitation/speakers scheduling, among others.
+ Understands relevant business and HR priorities and opportunities for capability building performance improvement, cultural development, and overall impact within their region/product/function
+ In partnership with Learning Advisors and Program Managers, provides management and consulting to Human Resource and business partners and proactively identifies and prioritizes the L&D opportunities to support successful business outcomes.
+ Helps develop and execute learning and development strategy for their region/product/function
+ Conducts the analysis of current versus future state gaps, identifies root causes, determines the appropriate solution and how success should be measured
+ Helps to market, evaluate and communicate the impact of initiatives with HR / Business partners
+ Monitors and communicates progress with other learning colleagues as well as HR / Business partners and navigates any variation in expectations with them
+ Collaborates with colleagues across HR to provide integrated experience for region/product/function partners
+ In partnership with learning advisors, implements the strategy for consistently measuring the effectiveness of training
+ Stays abreast to latest external market trends and anticipates their impact on future capability requirements for their region/product/function
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
