• Support daily operation of the production site and meet the work targets set by the company through participation in the shipping workflow, check order status as well as follow up FIFO and backlog orders

Role Description

Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Production Controller for the following duties:-

• Preparing documents (e.g. MBPR & SOPs) for the Production Department;
• Organize production schedule;
• Supervise and monitor day-to-day running of the production operation;
• Coordinate with other departments on production schedule and validation arrangement;
• Train the new staff in the Production Department; &

Qualifications and Experience

Our High quality Food Production factory seeks Team Members interested in learning the art and skills of Pizza Production and Bakery.

The regular daytime work schedule and positive international Team working atmosphere are an ideal environment to develop experience and advance your career in F&B.

The food factory is situated in Tin Wan, Aberdeen, HK. It is easily accessible by bus and MTR. Work will be performed in the factory.

Training will be provided as necessary by experts.

No prior experience is required but candidates should be hard-working, seeking long-term position and interested in learning all aspects of food production.

Candidates should be strong enough to lift bags of flour and handle large equipment. We seek someone who has passion for quality food, Italian specialties and who is eager to learn and be trained as an Italian Pizza expert.

Useful experience includes:

• prior work with bakery equipment or pasta machinery
• making pizzas, bakery, pasta, sauces and other Italian food items
• prior work in F&B or factory production lines
