We'll Trust You To
- Manage footage ingest, proxy creation, and data management of all Bloomberg Originals content
- Keep cloud tools such as up to date and ensure media is offloaded according to schedule based on storage and series requirements
- Handle Premiere Project organization and maintain standard workflow across all Bloomberg Original projects.
- Work closely with the Post Production Supervisor to test and implement new workflows.
- Be main point of contact for archival process and hard drive turnover
- Handle incoming requests in a timely manner
- Be willing to be in the office 5 days/week
You'll Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree or degree-equivalent qualifications
- 4+ years of post production experience (either as coordinator, assistant editor, media manager, or other comparable technical experience), ideally in a digital media or broadcast environment
- Extensive knowledge of post production workflows, from ingest to archive, especially involving Adobe Creative Cloud
- Extensive experience troubleshooting technical issues with Adobe Premiere, Resolve, and other post production software
- Experience supporting many different types of content - including documentary, studio, live and live-to-tape
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro & Media Encoder
- Ability to clearly communicate in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and high regard for deadlines
- Interest in learning new tools and technology in order to continuously improve workflows
- Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate Company's brand vision in all store/shop environments by maintaining design standards specifically tailored to the demands and requirements of the business in each market.
- Communicate regularly with New York head office, APAC key team players including Legal, Real Estate, Marketing, Procurement, Decorative, Creative, Retail & Operations etc and external parties including suppliers or vendors, Consultants, General Contractors, Landlords, Government Bureaus, etc and make sure projects are running smoothly
- Inspect, monitor and track project documentation including drawings, specifications, approvals, etc.
- Design and review various shop types, sizes and complexities in CAD. Compilation and issuance of design proposal packages.
- Organize and in charge of any necessary meetings related to projects and review of finish samples, shop drawings etc.
- To supervise overall site activities & monitor furniture production
- To manage costs in order to ensure the project is executed within budget
- To gather and analyze data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness
- Achieve the project goals in terms of quality and timing
- Responsible to update all related parties on the progress at regular basis
- Maintain project files and follow up to finalize file content
Requirements
- Degree holder in Architecture, Construction, Project Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in retail design and construction. Experience with freestanding luxury retail shop is preferred.
- Proficient in CAD. Ability to produce plan, elevations and construction documents as required per project specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project
- Organized and accurate record keeping skills
- Ability to self manage and multitask to meet required deadlines.
- Effective problem solver and creative thinking
- Effective communicator in English. Mandarin proficiency is a MUST.
- Ability to travel regionally as required for store openings.
