Job Description
The Executive Centre's Internship Programme is typically run for 8 weeks between May-July. Working within TEC's global headquarters, Interns will be invited to contribute their skills towards projects that align with and further TEC's goals as Asia's leading flexible office space provider, while enhancing their professional skillsets during a formative time in their careers. As a deeply collaborative experience, our Interns can expect to work alongside industry leading experts across various functions, departments and workplace settings, gaining valuable insights into TEC's operations and the broader commercial real estate industry of the Asia Pacific region. Based on their concentrations and background, Interns at TEC are invited to share input into which areas of the company they are interested in specialising their time in while also being encouraged to experience new areas of interest.
Overall, at TEC, we are proud to host a dynamic, highly motivating and inclusive internship programme, which we hope will be a pivotal experience for any Intern's onward career path. An overall project goal with major tasks will be outlined, and a project mentor or senior manager from the reciprocal department shall be assigned to overlook progress and provide support. Upon completion of each project, interns will give a summary presentation to the team in headquarters, after which there will be a Q&A session with members of the audience. During your 8-week placement with us, you can expect to work on between two to four major projects and a number of minor tasks. There will also be opportunities to work outside of TEC's Head Office and within our Hong Kong offices to experience the frontline of our business.

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team, and we encourage applications from current university students or recent graduates who are passionate about real estate & business.
As a candidate, you should bring a fresh perspective and a hunger for learning. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently pursuing a degree or has recently graduated, providing a chance to apply academic knowledge to real-world scenarios. We value innovation, so if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to contribute your skills to a collaborative team, we invite you to apply. Embrace the chance to grow with us and make a meaningful impact on our exciting projects.
