The Summer Internship Program is for candidates in their penultimate year of a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating between September 2026 and August 2027.
This program is designed to provide students with a challenging, meaningful and supportive internship experience that replicates, as closely as possible, the experience of being a full-time BlackRock Analyst. The program begins with an orientation that offers a thorough overview of the firm and the opportunity to hear from a number of senior leaders.
Following orientation, interns receive on-the-job training and are given day-to-day responsibilities to contribute to their teams throughout the summer. Programming also features a speaker series, mentoring and various networking opportunities, including activities with our employee networks.
If you enjoy this program, you should explore our Full-Time Analyst Program, which you can consider applying to after your internship.
**Important:**

The APAC Markets Division comprises of Trading desks who trade Fixed Income products (e.g. FX, Rates, Credit & Mortgages) and Sales teams who distribute these products to regional institutional and corporate clients.
Our Markets internship program in Hong Kong will be based in our main office location where you will be placed in one of our Sales and Trading lines of business for the program duration (no rotation).
**Required**
+ Penultimate year undergraduate studying towards completing a Bachelor's degree, with an expected graduation between January 2027 and June 2027
+ Demonstrable interest in Finance through work experience or extra-curricular achievement
+ A record of academic excellence
+ Ability to communicate effectively with clients and/ or stakeholders across geographies/levels both internally and externally
+ Have the relevant right to work in Hong Kong
**Desired**
+ Knowledge of another Asian language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese etc.).
+ A personality that is engaging, flexible, organised, conscientious, initiative-taking, & detail-oriented

The Wealth (Citigold) Summer Analyst Program trains and cultivates key pipeline for our full time program. The 10-week Summer program normally starts with intensive training that will provide essential skills knowledge as well as a comprehensive orientation to Citi's culture. After initial training, participants will join one of Citi's key businesses or functions and be assigned a tailored project for an in-depth and immersive experience. To support your growth, you will also participate in mentoring programs, networking events, speaker series, and other structured development opportunities.

The Wealth (Citigold) Summer Analyst Program is dedicated to giving future business leaders a holistic view of Citi's business. Through mentorship, training and other development opportunities, Summer Analysts can expect to finish the program with broad understanding of the Wealth business, as well as operational intricacies of Citi.
The specific team you are assigned to will vary based on current business requirements. Potential team assignments include, but are not limited to, the following:

- You are in your penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline (graduating between Dec 2026 - June 2027),
