Our Supplier Quality Manager will lead quality management activities for our kids’ consumer electronics manufacturing operations. This role will focus on quality assurance, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement throughout the product development and manufacturing process.

What you’ll be doing :
- Oversee supplier quality management, including regular audits, evaluations, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to embed quality requirements into product development (Design Quality Engineering).
- Develop, monitor, and enforce quality control processes throughout the manufacturing supply chain, including in-process and final inspections.
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes, including FMEA, control plans, and risk assessments.
- Analyse quality data, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Foster a culture of proactive quality enhancement with suppliers and internal teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality management systems.
- Experience in quality assurance for consumer electronics or toys.
- Strong background in supplier quality management and manufacturing processes.
- Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or equivalent systems.
- Familiarity with APQP and related quality planning tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Deploy metrics, key performance indicators to ensure appropriate governance and support is in place within the business to drive Quality performance to meet the requirements, business goals and enhance its reputation.
· To understand relevant law/regulation, customer requirements to support the Aftermarket strategy, support definition and implementation of compliance strategy into the Operating System (including process, culture & leadership, governance & risk) and SABRe.
· In support of the Assurance plan and in partnership with risk owners, provide proactive assurance that regulatory, business and customer requirements will be met.
· To drive change to the Operating System (process, culture & leadership governance and risk) and SABRe to mitigate risks, maximise effectiveness and eliminate cost/waste through insight obtained from proactive assurance and problem themes.
· Protect the business and customer through performing, managing and coaching of problem containment and resolution, to minimise impact and to ensure the necessary corrective and preventative actions are completed and verified in a timely manner.
· Drive Supplier performance using a Zero Defects culture, through use of the Integrated Supplier Scorecard (ISS), conducting Supplier Maturity Assessments (SMA) and utilising Supplier Engagement Plans (SEP) to improve / manage gaps. Gather intelligence and provide analysis of MRO shops' Quality, Safety Management and HSE performance to understand risk and provide an objective basis for taking remedial and improvement actions.
Requirement:
· Qualified to at least degree level or equivalent industry experience.
· Experience within MRO would be desirable and Part 145 knowledge.
· Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.
· Ability to effectively influence and challenge appropriately at all levels.
· Engine Product knowledge would be an advantage.
· Has led projects/activities across a range of Quality processes.

Oversee the end-to-end Supply Chain operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective production and distribution of goods, aligning with organizational goals for growth, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ solid logistics, order processing, inventory control and managerial experience gained from sizable manufacturing/trading companies
- Good computer skills including Excel and Power Point
- Experience in using Oracle system is preferable
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills

- Provide updates to internal stakeholders on shipment status;
- Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure proper inbound process with agreed lead time;
- Work closely with multiples forwarders for arranging inbound freight to warehouse;
- Full responsibility on shipping document management and traceability on shipment records;
- Import license preparation and declaration application in due course to meet customs requirement
- Analyzes inventory level to execute order creation in ERP for stock replenishment
- Making decision on releasing backorders based on inventory level
- Closely monitor outstanding orders and ensure delivery as per requested schedule with 3PL team
- Resolves inventory variances with adequate training & ERP system expertise; Preparing ERP Reporting for analyze and ensure accuracy in ERP transactions transmission to 3PL ERP
- Goods return and scrap management

- Proactively update stakeholders on reporting on daily and monthly basis
- Vendor management:
- Creating annual purchase orders for logistics related cost and allocating corresponding expense to the appropriate accounts;
- Follow up contract/ agreement with vendor on regular basis;
- Process all logistics related invoice for Hong Kong vendors;
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, particularly in logistics and transportation.
- A minimum of 5 years in all rounded experience in shipping , inventory management experience is advantage;
- Solid experience in ERP system, SAP is preferrable;
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to peers and management;
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to pick up ad hoc tasks; with a can-do attitude;
- Attention to detail; with the ability to identify gaps and discrepancies;
- Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner;
- Business level English communication skills required;
- Ideally holds a relevant university degree
