Job DescriptionWe are seeking talented individuals for the position of Supply Chain Finance Specialist Analyst / Associate to join our Payments Supply Chain Finance Team (SFC).
As a Supply Chain Finance Specialist Analyst/Associate in the Supply Chain Finance Program Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of active supply chain finance programs within our large corporate customer segment. Your responsibilities will include driving asset and revenue growth through identifying organic and strategic opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities- Deliver a superior client experience while driving program ramp-up to achieve revenue growth for the Global Trade business.
- Design and implement supplier enrollment and sales strategies for assigned programs.
- Partner with program managers to provide insights into program growth, supplier participation, and trends.
- Support technology initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for communication with suppliers, project teams, AP, and treasury.
- Coordinate activities across regions and with cross-functional teams.
- Handle requests and inquiries from various stakeholders.
- Identify process issues and escalate risks within the risk and control framework.
- Work with credit and distribution teams to ensure adequate capital for supplier discounting.
- Collaborate with marketing and broader team to deliver external engagements like Supplier Days and Training.
- Engage regularly with Client Procurement to understand transactions and supplier lists.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Experience with Trade Finance, Working Capital, or Supply Chain Finance solutions.
- Sales or client-facing experience is a plus.
