- Cross-Department Coordination
• Serve as a central point of contact between Project Management, Procurement,

• Monitor and communicate inter-departmental dependencies, anticipating potential

• Support the Quality and Project Management teams in maintaining proper
documentation trails to ensure traceability and accountability.
• Liaise with relevant teams to address discrepancies or data inconsistencies and
coordinate corrective measures.
- Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive records of supply chain activities, ensuring accuracy and
traceability.
• Prepare regular progress reports for the Supply Chain Supervisor and management,
summarising status updates, risks, and corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement and Compliance
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure
