  • Bridge & facilitate cross-functional collaboration to successfully execute projects for both new & existing clients.
  • Oversee, monitor & continuously improve vendors' performance; support the team in vendors sourcing, evaluation, and on-boarding to enhance products & service offering.

Skills And Experience

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain operations, project management, vendor management and/or sourcing disciplines.
  • Experienced in working with & managing global teams & vendors
  • Excellent relationship building skills, including ability to influence and align cross-functional teams; creating trust, anticipate needs and be an enablers
  • Lead with a strategic and operational mentality; thinks tactically and comfortable to challenge the status-quo
  • Result oriented, performance driven individual who has superior team, organization, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Flexible & resilient, while comfortable with making decisions in constantly changing situation
