- Plan, organise and supervise the day-to-day maintenance works / capital, revenue and maintenance projects carried out by direct staff, contractor staff and term labours to ensure railway civil assets and the associated trackside civil facilities are properly maintained
- Perform structural inspection / investigation, preventive / corrective maintenance and emergency repair as well as update work procedures

- Possession of an arborist certification from the International Society of Arboriculture is an advantage for the Tree and Landscape team
- Knowledge of concrete repair, leak sealing, tree and landscape maintenance is preferred
