Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Helpdesk Support / System Administrator to join our internal IT team. This role focuses on Tier 1/2 IT support, serving as the first point of contact for all internal technical issues. The ideal candidate will support daily IT operations, ensure smooth onboarding of new staff, and maintain IT infrastructure and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support (Tier 1/2 helpdesk service)

• Set up and configure PCs and accounts for new staff
• Receive, track, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
