- Provide advice and consultancy to project teams on system architecture design.
- Revise technical standard guidelines in compliance with internal IT audit regulations.
- Serve as a technical advisor for junior system administrators.
Requirements:
- Degree in information technology, computer science, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in Redhat Linux 7/8 system administration.
- Strong knowledge of technical infrastructure environment and system architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with Redhat KVM, GFS, Cluster suite, and middleware products like Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, MQSeries.
- Proficiency in shell scripting.
- Experience in distributed system design and administration is a plus.
- Experience in system performance monitoring and tuning.
- Experience with Lotus Notes is a plus.
- Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours for urgent issues.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience with cloud/big data architecture, system security, ISO 20K/ITIL is advantageous.
- Experience in IT inventory management and automation is beneficial.
- Good negotiation, procurement, budgeting, and financial management skills are a plus.
