Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders & partners to analyze current business and operations to identify and prioritize use cases for process optimization via digitalization.
  • Monitor compliance review activities (e.g., Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Law, ISO 27001, IEC62443), address deficiencies, and ensure remediation.
  • Conduct control and vulnerability assessments, monitor compliance reviews to identify control weaknesses, and recommend remedial actions.
  • Develop, standardize, and implement IT policies and procedures across the Group.
  • Collaborate with IT governance teams to ensure projects, solution architecture, and practices follow IT standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Report to senior management on residual risks, vulnerabilities, and security exposures.
  • Act as digital product manager for LAYOUT the Smart Venue, managing planning, architecture, design, and quality of AI/GenAI/LLM products to enhance productivity and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, collaborate with teams to improve products, and stay updated on latest technologies.
  • Support IT infrastructure including hardware, software, server, storage, network, and backup operations.
Requirements
  • Degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Over 8 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in networking, IT consulting, and/or cybersecurity.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Hands-on skills supporting network, systems, and applications.
  • Experience with solution delivery using waterfall, agile, or hybrid models; strong business analytics and documentation skills.
  • Experience in microservices solution design, implementation, and support; knowledge of ML/AI/GenAI/LLM is a plus.
  • Knowledge in data/knowledge management, governance, modeling, and quality assurance preferred.
  • Certifications such as CISM, CISA, or CISSP are advantageous.
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and security best practices.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin fluency preferred.

  • Participate in the application architectural design in the Bank

Requirements

  • Familiar with the cutting-edge FinTech and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including experience with deep learning models, large language models (LLMs), and their applications in financial systems. Experience in integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems and understanding their impact on system architecture and performance is an advantage.
  • University graduate in computer science or related discipline
  • 5-7 years of hands-on system design and development experience in banking or related industries with implementation experience in at least 3 medium and large scale core projects as System Architect / System Analyst
  • Experience in banking industry will be an advantage
  • Experience in JAVA and knowledge in framework (e.g. Java EE,Spring,Spring boot)
  • Solid hands-on experience in web-based / API-based / development with web (Restful API, XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, VUE,Bootstrap, Angularjs)
  • Proficient in Oracle / MySQL database, Windows or Unix / Linux servers, PL/SQL, stored procedure
  • In-depth understanding of architecture design theory and system operation mechanism with practical experience
  • With IT or Internet architecture experience is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer
