Responsibilities
- Own POS/CRM product strategy including lifecycle management, key metric optimization (uptime/ROI/user adoption), and feature prioritization to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Lead full solution lifecycles from conception to post-deployment support, aligning business teams and vendors on all implementation phases
- Manage all aspects of POS/CRM systems including operations, security (access / encryption / audits), upgrades, third-party integrations (ERP / HRMS / payment gateways), and documentation (technical / user manuals) to ensure performance, compliance, and usability
- Drive operational efficiency through system enhancements, automation, and user feedback analysis
- Advance POS/CRM capabilities through industry research, targeted automation, and process enhancements to eliminate inefficiencies and improve system performance
- Timeline and project resources management
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or any related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in F&B POS, CRM & eCommerce solutions support
- Proficiency in F&B POS operations and support including Kiosk, KDS, Queuing System, Self-Ordering, Delivery Service Integration, etc.
- Strong background in Technical PM and Vendor Management.
- Sound knowledge of MVC Framework, GitLab, Jira, C#, .Net, API, Web Services development, MongoDB and MS-SQL
- Hands-on experience in SCRUM, Web/App development, CRM tools, Data Analytics tools and regional projects handling is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience in Enterprise Data Warehouse projects is a plus
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills, open minded
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Willing to travel and support different overseas projects

- Software development of core Exchange trading, mission critical systems and / or market data functionalities
- Provide technical support on mission critical systems for HKEX cash markets systems
- Collaborate across various technology teams to build, deploy and rollout the low latency trading infrastructures
- Responsible for carrying out production support
- Assess technological risk and drive actions for mitigation
- Establish technical excellence and standard following industry best practices
- Uphold compliance with organization policies and standards
- Minimum 9 years of relevant technical experience. Working experience in Banking, Financial Services, or related industries is a must.
- Solid skills in Java JDK 11 or latest, C++, Spring, JavaScript, React and Redis
- Solid skills in Web application development, Linux application development and network programming
- Solid experience in both front-end and back-end development
- Advantage in In-memory DB and event driven architecture

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, engineering lead or a related role
- Solid experience in managing daily operation, configuration, project experience of Windows Servers, Identity solution and Cloud Platforms (Especially Azure)
- Strong technical skills in Windows Server & Okta administration, including Active Directory, OKTA IDP/SSO/MFA. Knowledge in Okta IAG/IAM is a plus
- Good understanding of cloud migration processes and Azure services. GCP experience is a plus
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere and virtualization concepts; Dell hardware technologies

- OKTA Management: Manage Okta IDP, SSO & MFA policies according from Group & CISO strategy. Integration for third-party applications and ensure smooth authentication processes
- Server Management & Troubleshoot
- Server Deployment and Management: Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server operating systems. Ensure optimal performance and availability
- Server configuration standard: Help to define, manage server core model, features evolution and technical roadmap
- Backup and Recovery on hybrid environments: Perform regular backups and develop disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity
- Migration Support: Assist with the migration of on-premises applications and infrastructure to cloud platforms, primarily focusing on Azure
- Azure Services: Support common Azure services, including computing, AVD, Azure file sync, storage accounts, and networking. Collaborate with Cloud MSP to develop and implement
- Virtualization and Traditional Server Hardware
- Virtualization: Assist with VMware vSphere / HyperV environments, including virtual machine management, security/vulnerabilities remediation, resource pooling, performance optimization and decommission
- Dell Hardware and Storage: Provide support for Dell hardware servers and storage solutions. Perform routine maintenance, files server moving to cloud and troubleshooting
- Technical Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system architecture, configurations, operation and support steps
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, engineering lead or a related role
- Solid experience in managing daily operation, configuration, project experience of Windows Servers, Identity solution and Cloud Platforms (Especially Azure)
- Strong technical skills in Windows Server & Okta administration, including Active Directory, OKTA IDP/SSO/MFA. Knowledge in Okta IAG/IAM is a plus
- Good understanding of cloud migration processes and Azure services. GCP experience is a plus
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere and virtualization concepts; Dell hardware technologies
- Proficient in configuring and managing server with strong security mindset and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to organize and present the domain topic clearly to Asia regions
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Relevant certifications such as are preferred:
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server & Active Directory
- Okta Certified Administrator/Professional (OCA/OCP) or related
