Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and the ERP system, including payment validation and recording non-trade expenses.
- Ability to automate transactions reconciliation and arrange international payments via bank and effectively managing account receivables and account payables
- Strengthen internal controls, work processes and ensure efficient financial procedures.
- Liaise with external international group auditors for statutory audits and tax filings (IFRS)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting-related experience.

- Knowledge of the ERP system is highly preferred.

- Responsible for full sets of accounts and bookkeeping for clients including but not limited to review of accounting entries, journals, financial statements and bank reconciliation.
- Responsible for treasury & payment administration from review of payment instruction, Fund Movement Statement to dispatching payment instruction.
- Provide monthly payroll service to clients such as review of monthly payroll calculation, tax returns, MPF contribution and payment arrangement.

- Being the coach in providing support to subordinates and monitor their performance.

- Liaise directly with external parties, such as bankers, Inland Revenue Department for client matters.

Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines
- Registered Student or Member of HKICPA or equivalent

- Well-versed in Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards and local GAAP
