We are seeking an Associate Director of Tax Accounting to lead the Company's tax accounting and reporting functions through a period of growth and IPO readiness. - Knowledge of SOX requirements and robust ICFR frameworks
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools (e.g. Workiva, Alteryx) and/or general ledger ad sub-ledger (e.g. SAP, SAS, Aptitude, Oracle) a plus
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project-management skills
- Self-starter with proactive mindset and ability to work independently
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline. Professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in audit or finance, where the experience of working for Big4 firms and/or financial sector (banking and/or insurance) is preferred
- Good comprehensive understanding of the Finance function
- Able to communicate with seasoned Finance professionals of EY clients confidently
- Good understanding of IFRS 17/ LDTI is desired
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred

TMF Group in Hong Kong is currently looking for an
Associate
to join its Accounting & Reporting Services Team. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Starting from Bookkeeper / Preparer who performs daily work from simple to medium complexity, including
- closing full set of management accounts,
- preparation of annual financial statements & scheduling,
- bank/account reconciliation, preparation of tax returns with tax computations,
- accounts payable payment support services,
- and other tailor made management reports/ financial analysis.
- Handle payroll and MPF and payment processing
- Liaise with auditors and prepared related schedules as required by auditors
- Secondment and work at client's offices to carry out the accounting works
- Maintain good relationship with clients
- Assist Senior Executives / Executive to implement process improvements and related procedures
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Accounting and related discipline
- 1-2 years of working experiences in related position.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Sound knowledge of HKFRS
- Meticulous, well-organized and conscientious with a high level of initiatives at work
- Excellent skills in use of Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
