About The Role
Reporting to Director, Brand Marketing and Strategic Alliances, the incumbent is responsible to lead, drive and implement brand marketing and strategic alliances initiatives to support business priorities. The role requires extensive collaboration with different business functions and external partners to maximise business benefits via various engagement and initiatives. The incumbent is also responsible for supporting company-wide initiatives for AIA Hong Kong and Macau, and AIA Group when required. 
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of brand and sponsorship campaigns, including content development and on-ground activations
- Plan and manage publicity strategies and advertising campaigns
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, production houses, PR, marketing agencies to deliver engagement initiatives in a timely and efficient manner
- Support the planning and execution of celebrity engagements and partnerships
- Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency in brand representation across all internal and external communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth execution of brand and sponsorship initiatives
- Track campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and manage brand marketing budgets
- Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or related roles
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand aesthetics
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills

- Create New In-House Brands. Lead the end-to-end development of new brands, from initial concept and strategy to full brand creation, including naming, visual identity, packaging, and positioning.
Support Private Label Customers. Assist in the packaging development, branding input, and marketing support to our private label partners as needed.
Category & Growth Development. Identify and develop new product categories to drive company growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize brand portfolios.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience. Minimum 5 years in category management, product management, or retail (product or sales side in retail is essential).
- Retail Know-How. Strong understanding of retail environments, consumer behaviour, and merchandising.
- 5+ years in brand management or marketing (in-house brand or retail experience preferred)
- Strong experience in packaging, brand identity, and category development
