Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify leads to identify potential prospects
  • Close collaboration with other sales team members to cultivate prospect lists

Job Description

You will lead Web3 innovation by managing blockchain projects, driving collaboration, ensuring quality, and shaping the future of DeFi, NFTs, and decentralized tech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and define milestones for Web3 initiatives. Lead teams through all stages, from concept to launch.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, design, product, marketing, and community teams to align objectives and manage interdependencies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to smart contracts, blockchain integrations, and decentralized infrastructure.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication about project progress, challenges, and deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Supervise testing, audits, and security reviews, especially for smart contract deployments and on-chain features.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including project specifications, progress updates, and user guides.
  • Budget & Resource Tracking: Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with community managers to align product development with the needs of token holders, users, and contributors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within blockchain, Web3, or crypto-related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain protocols, DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs.
  • Familiarity with smart contract development cycles and open-source ecosystems.
  • Understanding of compliance, KYC/AML, and regulatory considerations in crypto markets.
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies, project management tools, and version control systems.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently in distributed and multicultural teams.
