We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consulting Sales professional to join our Oracle Consulting team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll be responsible for driving consulting services sales and strategic engagement with our top customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Oracle Consulting services across a focused portfolio of solutions.
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle: from identifying opportunities and qualifying leads to solution positioning, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Understand client business needs and challenges, and translate them into Oracle’s Consulting solutions, leveraging Oracle IP and best practices.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and board members, within strategic customer accounts.
- Collaborate with Oracle License Sales teams to align Consulting value propositions and jointly drive strategic programs and customer success.
- Lead customer presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Take a senior role in strategic deals, providing thought leadership and deal strategy.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Oracle consulting services, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Participate in strategic account planning and contribute to long-term client development and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of successful field sales experience in consulting or solution sales, ideally within the enterprise software, cloud platform or IT services industry.
- Proven track record of selling consulting or professional services, with ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand enterprise customer requirements and translate them into Oracle Consulting solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging at the executive level.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple Oracle lines of business and build strong internal networks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline preferred.

You will manage multiple projects within a portfolio, providing efficient and effective coordination of a complex range of activities by clearly defining project team and stakeholder roles and responsibilities that are aligned with the delivery of the expected benefits. Basic qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques
- 4-6 years of Project Management experience
- Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies
- Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
- Logical, structured thinking
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)

- Oracle implementations – leading the development team during implementation and post implementation in areas of business process, security and data
- Client delivery – supporting the client through Oracle
- Fusion technical design, configuration and testing during implementation and enable them to optimise their processes and maximise the benefits of the selected system
- Leveraging KPMG’s proven frameworks and methodologies to develop a company’s finance systems strategy and process improvement, including what good looks like for each of the key finance technologies and processes
- Developing technical design documents, application development and build custom reports in Oracle Fusion and cloud-based technology solutions.
- Building integrations using Oracle OCI and other tools to upstream and downstream systems from Oracle Fusion applications
- Working with Module functional consultants in data migration, testing and wider module configurations to target stage design.
- Demonstrating use of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
- Implementing process enhancement through digital and robotic technologies
- Experience working in a Big 4 professional firm or a large corporation
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion, finance systems, emerging technologies and digital solutions
- Overall 8+ years of related work experience in working on Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion, Peoplesoft and other Oracle technologies
- 5 years of industry experience as a technical consultant in Oracle ERP solutions with 3 + years in Oracle Fusion cloud applications – GL, AP, AR, FA and / or CM modules
- Have done 2+ full cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications implementation in the role of a technical lead and / or technical consultant.
- Previous experience as lead and developer during Oracle Fusion implementations, working across
- Strong people manager, able to lead a team of technical consultants onshore and offshore
- Self-starting, pro-active team player that is experienced in working in challenging environments and within a multi-disciplined team
- Ability to liaise with senior Finance and IT stakeholders
- Ability to create and deliver high level presentations and output reviews to senior executives/stakeholders and business managers

ERM in Hong Kong is seeking candidates to help grow the business in the field of Process Safety, Data Analysis, Risk and Reliability Assessment and Safety Management with the potential to become one of our top consultants. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in data analysis, hazard identification and risk assessment studies (including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA, and RAM studies) for process plants in the field of oil and gas (including offshore), refinery, chemicals and petrochemicals. Candidates may also have relevant experience in the following area(s):
- Data analysis using python, R, etc.
- Reliability assessment
