China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Company” or “China State Hong Kong”) started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”.
Qualification And Experience
- Degree in Architectural Studies/Building Studies and have minimum TWO(2)years relevant working experience related to architectural works; or High Diploma in Architectural Studies and have THREE (3) years relevant experience; or
- Possessing minimum SEVEN (7) years drafting experience of local construction projects in an architectural firm; and
- Possessing a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (GreenCard) and is required to carry out site inspection, site meeting and site measurement periodically related to the project; and
- Ad equate and good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, PhotoShop, Coreldraw, Google SketchUp, BIM softwares and passing the selection interview conducted by the Project Manageror his delegate.
- To work in the offices of Architectural Services Department at Queensway Government Offices under the supervision and direction of the Project Manager or his delegate.

**Who will you be working with?**
You will work closely with transversal departments within Project Managers, Design Team, Engineering Team and Field Service Team as well with Wabtec teams in APAC region and Europe. You will assist in operations and maintenance issue, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.
**How will you make a difference?**
The Product Support Technical Coordinator will lead digital transformation initiatives, manage a team of Field Service Technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams both locally and internationally.
Building on your electrical and mechanical experience, preferably in a railway environment or related industries, you will interface directly with customers, propose innovative solutions, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize our maintenance services.
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Develop and communicate clear technical instructions for installed products, with a focus on Platform Screen Doors.
+ Spearhead the digitization of Field Service operations, improving data collection for interventions, repairs, and follow-up actions.
+ Manage a specialized team of Field Service Technicians focused on maintenance improvements; monitor and report on their performance.
+ Identify, propose, and implement cost-effective improvements to maintenance services, collaborating with relevant managers to execute organizational changes.
+ Collaborate with local and international Engineering teams to enhance data-driven maintenance capabilities.
+ Contribute to data-driven projects aimed at improving service offerings.
+ Establish and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to objectively assess performance, proposing and implementing changes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
+ Liaise with customers to coordinate work, communicate changes, generate reports, and actively participate in meetings and project activities.
+ Enforce and maintain data governance to ensure data accuracy, quality, stored and shared in a standardized and secure manner
+ Support and build a data-driven culture, enable data-driven decision making by providing training and support to Field Service Technicians
**What do we want to know about you?**
+ Fluency in English (written and verbal)
+ Chinese language skills (optional, but advantageous)
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related disciplines
+ Field Service or Project site experience in E&M or related industrial fields.
+ Strong IT skills. Good understanding of Internet technologies and capabilities is a must. Coding ability is not required but could be advantageous.
+ Railway industry experience or knowledge (preferred)
+ Team management experience and excellent collaboration skills are required.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to create clear documentation and presentations.
+ Solid knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical engineering and industrial systems
+ Data interpretation skills, including report and graph creation0
+ Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
+ Problem-solving aptitude and commitment to continuous learning (technical and operational)
+ Work on site (railway stations or depots) may be required from time to time for training, troubleshooting or implement operational changes.
+ Travel outside HK may be required occasionally.

- Coordinate with end-user and design team throughout the procurement and construction periods and control, manage, supervise, administer the contractors and suppliers and ensure delivery of specified quality and within timeframes according to the contracts.
- Monitor and report progress of projects and identify program and quality divergence and recommend remedial actions.
- Coordinate with maintenance team and end-user for hand-over of the project and follow up on the punch list at completion stage.
- Assist to develop and review construction plan including phasing and conquencing, logistics, safety plan, quality control and delivery.
- Assist to develop, monitor and review Construction Scheduling in line with the Master construction plans and ensure updating is undertaken during the procurement and construction periods and ensure the assigned projects are completed with specified quality and time frame by effective scheduling and cost controls.
- Assist to develop and review the project management plan to plan, implement, monitor and review the project development in line with the project objectives.
- Assist to develop, prepare, administer and review the procurement approach and tender document at pre and post contract stage.
- Coordinate with end-user and design team throughout the procurement and construction periods and control, manage, supervise, administer the contractors and suppliers and ensure delivery of specified quality and within timeframes according to the contracts.
- Monitor and report progress of projects and identify program and quality divergence and recommend remedial actions.
- Coordinate with maintenance team and end-user for hand-over of the project and follow up on the punch list at completion stage.
- Assist to develop and review construction plan including phasing and conquencing, logistics, safety plan, quality control and delivery.
- Assist to develop, monitor and review Construction Scheduling in line with the Master construction plans and ensure updating is undertaken during the procurement and construction periods and ensure the assigned projects are completed with specified quality and time frame by effective scheduling and cost controls.

- Bachelor’s degree holder related to building/ construction/ engineering/ architecture or related disciplines.

- Proven leadership and excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of organization and able to lead projects independently is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills required, able to balance the competing requirements of a wide variety of stakeholders and yet meeting delivery timeline and budget.
- Able to make decision independently as well as familiar with local statutory requirements, building codes and submission procedures.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.

- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise or eCommerce-related certification is a plus.
