Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact IT initiatives, including platform upgrades, system integrations, and process automation, ensuring timely delivery across cross-functional teams.

Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
• Solid background supporting or implementing enterprise business applications with upgrade and transformation exposure.
• Product Life Cycle (PLM) experience is a MUST.
• Experience in consumer goods, sourcing, manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex IT projects across geographically dispersed teams.
• Practical understanding of SDLC, testing practices, and support models.
• Proficiency with both Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for both onshore and offshore teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
