Reporting to the Senior Technology Partner Technical Manager, this role drives revenue through strategic technical partnerships. Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter experts to innovate and resolve problems from running digital platform business related to Cloud, SaaS and Strategic Partner Interconnect and features
- Own technical relationship with Cloud, SaaS and Strategic Partners globally
- Engage platform system, engineering and operation teams to deliver Enterprise OKR set by Senior Management Team related to Cloud, SaaS and Strategic partnership and business
- Manage project with internal technology team and external partners on digital platform capabilities enhancement and process re-engineering related to cloud/SaaS/platform business and operations

Essential Skills and Experience
- A University Degree holder or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or related discipline
- Certification in public cloud certifications is preferred
- At least 5 years experiences in Global ICT / Cloud / SaaS industry
- Prior experience on day-to-day technical support, operational management or digital marketplace of the global cloud / SaaS / service fabric products and services
- Experience in leading technical engagement and partnership is required
