Job Description
This role is specifically for our Enterprise IT Management product suite under the ManageEngine brand. ManageEngine with 90+ products and free tools cover everything your IT needs, at prices you can afford. ManageEngine products are used by 9 out of every 10 Fortune 100 companies and cater to over 50 verticals. From network and device management to IT security and service desk software, we're bringing IT together for an integrated, overarching approach to optimize your IT.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be an evangelist for IT solutions across IT operations, security, help desk, endpoint, networks and cloud infrastructure.
• Talk to customers (IT Managers, IT Administrators, Engineers) and partners and understand requirements, and recommend the right
• ManageEngine product in tandem with Account Managers.
• Conduct Masterclass presentations in the local market.
• Work with multiple products focused at IT Management from the company
• Conduct product demonstrations to customers and solve technical queries
• Understanding of product areas including Desktop / Mobile Device Management, IT Help Desk, Windows Management, Public and Private Cloud management.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and product events both online and offline as needed.
• Travel to customer locations.
  

• Excellent business level English Language and local language skills.
• Interest in learning new software products and getting into details.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple ManageEngine product teams.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical knowledge with experience in the IT industry.
• Good background in ITSM Solutions, desktop, server/network administration devices is an advantage.
• A good background in ITOM or Cloud is an advantage. One of ITSM or IT Operations Management is a must.
• You must be a resident of the country you are applying for and know the local language in a professional capacity.
• Datacenter experience, Enterprise LAN experience or Windows Environment Experience is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

Applications are invited for appointment as Research & Development Technician (Ref.: H03/2023/06), to commence as soon as possible, on a fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.

The appointees are expected to assist collaborative research projects in the discovery of cancer biomarkers using large scale multi-omics approach, organoid technology, and novel animal models, as well as anti-cancer or immuno-oncology drug development.

Qualifications and Skills:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Biomedical Sciences or related disciplines, with at least 1 year of experience in providing technical support to end-users and maintenance of lab equipment. He/She would also need to assist in the daily operation of a biomedical research laboratory. Relevant work experiences at the local universities and research core facilities will be an asset.

Familiarity with relevant research techniques in FACS analysis, Molecular Biology, CRISPR technologies, Single Cell Technologies, Next Generation Sequencing, 2D/3D Tissue Culture, PCR, Western Blot, ELISA, Cloning, or Drug screening would be an advantage.

Digestive malignancies, including gastric, colorectal, liver and esophageal cancers as well as leukemias and lymphomas, are major health burdens in Asian countries. Today, gastrointestinal and liver cancers are becoming more common across Asia due to population aging, growth, and a rise in risk factors ranging from oncogenic pathogen infections to increased smoking and obesity. Under the auspices of the InnoHK initiative, the Centre for Oncology and Immunology aims to harness the power of biotechnology to develop innovative therapies to combat these hard-to-treat malignancies and bring hope to millions of cancer patients around the world. The Centre for Oncology and Immunology is co-led by Professor Tak MAK and Professor Suet-yi LEUNG of the Department of Pathology at HKUMed in discovering novel therapies in cancer treatment. The Centre’s research team comprises globally renowned researchers who bring with them a wealth of complementary expertise and experience in oncology research, technology adoption, and commercialization. Individually, their research programs have led to major breakthroughs, including the devising of immunotherapy and checkpoint inhibition strategies that have been adopted as anti-cancer treatments, the establishment of next-generation organoid-based cell models for precision oncology, and the development of a diagnostic test for Lynch Syndrome (hereditary colon cancer). The Centre will employ novel functional screens as well as genomic and proteomic techniques to identify novel “druggable” cancer targets. Leveraging the translational and clinical trial expertise of its lead scientists, the Centre will establish a number of advanced technical platforms to facilitate its overall goal of bringing candidate drugs and novel immunotherapy approaches into clinics. With more than 1,100 employees worldwide, we strive to create the best place to work. We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager / Engineer - PD Monitoring Solutions in our Asia Region.

You will act as the primary business driver for the Partial Discharge (PD) monitoring solutions in the Asia Region, strategically build and expand relationships with complex clients. Your focus will be to identify, engage, and support key accounts in the sector, working closely with the Regional Sales Team, Application Teams and Product Management teams, to drive profitable growth across the sector. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategies, market plans, and brand awareness initiatives, in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Team, for development PD monitoring business. The position will be based in our OMICRON Service Centre in Hong Kong or Singapore, reporting to the Regional Manager, Asia.

Your responsibilities

• You will acquire new customers and will develop new markets for our OMICRON PD monitoring solutions
• You will present our PD monitoring system solutions to customers at trade fairs
• You will collaborate with the international sales team with a focus on markets we cover directly
• You will manage and support our sales partner network in selected countries with technical and commercial assistance
• You will analyze market requirements to further develop our system technology
• You will analyze tender documents, prepare and follow through on offers
• You will actively support and prepare Go/No Go decisions during the tendering stage
• You will take part in international conferences OMICRON marketing events to represent our OMICRON PD monitoring solutions
• You are flexible and open to international travel, with the potential to spend up to 50% of your work time abroad each year
  
  

• You have successfully completed a higher education in engineering (FH, University)
• You have a background in electrical engineering with focus on high voltage engineering
• You have 5-8 years of experience in sales with focus on system solutions in a project business context
• You have international sales experience including contract management, public tendering processes and project management
• You are able to communicate on different levels with commercial decision makers and technical experts
• You have excellent presentation skills
• You are able to work self-contained and used to work in a team
• You have strong interpersonal and social skills
• You have strong English communication skills; additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Korean or Japanese) are a plus
• You are willing to relocate to Hong Kong or Singapore

Experience rapid growth in Asia , they have an exciting opportunity for an Application Engineer to support their growing Hong Kong Region . We are looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to work with partners and customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may occur with their solution deployed at site . This role will be based in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong and will report to the Technical Manager – NEA. The position will require traveling around the domestic regions as well as occasional North East Asia regions when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle Technical Support cases and provide phone, remote assistance and on-site support to dealers and customers.

• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.

• Identify solutions for technical support scenarios, product selection and system design for audio visual system applications.

• Assist customers by providing technical information and support for our products and technologies.

• Maintain a high-level of professional communication with our dealers and clients throughout the processes of resolving their technical issues.

• Perform technical / product training for dealers and targeted accounts.

• Work closely with the regional team in identifying customer’s needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.

• Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and conferences to ensure the messaging is presented correctly.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in anyone of the following: Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology or Computer Programming or actively enrolled in a BS program.

• 3-5 years of experience in A/V Integration, Help Desk, or Technical Support

• Broad understanding of Ethernet networking technologies. CCNA or similar networking certification is highly desirable.

• Self-starter with proven ability to constantly learn new software and hardware technologies and an ability to quickly put that learning into practice in support of highly visible real-world projects.

• Experienced with several of the following: C#, Microsoft PowerShell, BacNET/IP and SIP/VOIP is highly preferred.

• Experience with software development tools, including Simpl Windows, Simpl+, Simpl#, D3Pro, preferred
