Responsibilities- Collaborate with Committees, Expert Panels, and BEAM Assessors to gather information and prepare comments and reports for project assessments.
- Verify that deliverables from BEAM Assessors comply with the Assessment Manual and other guidelines to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Monitor assessment progress to ensure completion within scheduled timelines.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Built Environment, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in local green and sustainability design consultancy; fresh graduates are also considered.
- Knowledge of building design software, BIM, or simulation tools such as AutoCAD, Rhino3D, Revit, IES, eQUEST, DIALux, Fluent, etc., is advantageous.
- Recognition as a green building professional (e.g., BEAM Affiliate, LEED Green Associate) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Purpose of Role
Develop and manage the technical specification packages for apparel prototypes.
Your Impact
- Contribute ideas for construction, materials and components to enhance functionality, and aesthetic and fit.
- Build and review technical packages for one or more categories
- Support maintenance of Fit Block Libraries
- Conduct fit sessions on body form and/or live models, including size sets
- Able to identify fit issues, perform fit adjustments and communicate changes to improve fit and function
- Assist with establishing 2D/3D pattern blocks and provides oversight to pattern block library management. Recommend changes to grading to achieve the best fit across size range
- Analyze samples to identify discrepancies prior to fitting. Ensure samples reflect established category standards for fit, construction and quality
- Analyzes artwork to identify risk, assist with establishing standards, identify quality issues and approve strike offs
- Owns cross functional meeting communication for the development team. Must be able to effectively solve problems with design, costing, quality and delivery issues
- Independently communicate with vendors to solve problems and all issues related to garment engineering
- Review daily and seasonal tracking of prototype samples. Provides cross-functional teams with accurate tracking data. Problem-solve complex issues as necessary and make recommendations to manager
- Ability to dynamically deliver product presentations related to fit and construction
- Domestic and overseas travel as necessary
- Other duties may be assigned
- Minimum of 4 years of technical design or product development experience
- 2D PDS required. Must have job experience using software (classes and/or theory does not qualify), such as ‘Optitex, Lectra, Gerber Accumark…etc.
- Experience fitting on live models and virtual models, including size sets
- Advanced knowledge of garment construction
- Expertise building Development Tech Packs
- Must have superior written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to conduct product presentations in a clear, concise, engaging manner
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, a PLM system, Excel and Gerber or Optitex PDS
- Factory experience and 3D pattern experience preferred

Summary
This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end technical consulting services, with a focus on solution certification, system integration, HID Origo SDKs, APIs, and secure deployments. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring that partner and enterprise solutions are validated, optimized, and production-ready.
As our Technical Consultant , you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Assist clients with integration of Mobile SDKs (Android & iOS) and Origo APIs.
- Collaborate with developers to implement or review new features and ensure alignment with certification criteria.
- Perform technical audits, interoperability testing, and security assessments.
- Provide hands-on guidance during deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization phases.
- Document technical requirements, validation outcomes, and best practices.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Security, Support) to ensure consistent delivery standards.
- Lead technical validation of partner and solutions for Solution Certification.
- Conduct developer enablement sessions and workshops when needed.
- Stay updated on platform changes, emerging technologies, and certification frameworks.

Education
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BSc computer science or a related field.

Language Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English and Mandarin languages, both verbally and in writing. Any other regional language is a bonus.

Our Property Management Services cover various portfolio across Hong Kong. We are now looking for talents to join our property management department to be responsible for portfolio technical support.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist in property repairs, maintenance and project works from preliminary study & site survey to T&C and completion of work
+ Prepare necessary documentations such as tender and quotation. Monitor the progress of project & responsible for the completion reports
+ Ensure strict compliance of statutory and insurance requirements for all repair, maintenance and capital works, included but not limited to WR2 and Annual Certification of Elevators
+ Supervise technical team and monitor contractors to perform in a proper and timely manner
+ Prepare Preventive Maintenance Plans and Budget Plan. Ensure renewal of expiring Maintenance Contracts
**Requirements**
+ Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Studies or other related disciplines
+ At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferred in property management, or facilities management
+ Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
+ Self-motivated and mature, able to work in a diverse environment
