- Develop, test and maintain software packages for distribution to user desktops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
- Design, promote and execute learnings and trainings, and drive participation and completion rate
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery projects for IT Infrastructure and Operations

- Contribute to the development of the workplace technology, technical methodologies, best practices, policies, procedures and associated documentations

- Bachelor degree in IT or related disciplines
- 12+ years of related technical experience with 5 years in managing teams
- Fluent in English and Putonghua, other language skills will have additional advantages
- PMP, ITIL, or relevant certifications are highly desirable
- Self-motivated, action and result oriented
- Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills with multi-disciplined staff at all levels
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level technology infrastructure, digital workplace architectures and integration methodologies
- Knowledge and experience in managing Windows PC and Mobile in an enterprise environment, including support/ break-fix/ image-&-re-image / patch and any automated tools, e.g MECM, Intune and Autopilot
- Knowledge and experience in managing Windows OS deployment and application packaging
- Knowledge and experience in supporting virtual desktop
- Familiar with cloud-hosted products such as Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Experience in interacting with software and hardware external vendors
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Able to follow through tasks until completion as a team

In Enterprise Technical Account Management (TAM), you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction by resolving their technical issues, optimizing their payment solutions and delivering exceptional service with your technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for technical matters.
- Customer Success: Understand our clients' business needs and goals, proactively identify opportunities to optimize their payment solutions, and ensure successful adoption and utilization of our products.
- Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing their technical inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring minimal disruption to their payment infrastructure through deep understanding of their integrations and how our products work together.
- Training and Demo: Help upselling efforts with merchant demonstrations and technical training - hold workshops and refreshers on our product offering to keep clients up-to-date with new features and deliverables.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate the addition of new payment solutions as well as technical migrations for clients as they expand with Checkout.com, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and specifications.
- Product Feedback: Act as a conduit between clients and internal teams, gathering customer feedback, documenting feature requests, and providing client derived insights to enable continuous improvement of our product roadmap.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the payments landscape, sharing relevant insights with clients to help them navigate the evolving landscape.
- 2 years of experience in an analytical or technical role with experience managing internal and external stakeholders. This ideally includes effective presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Economics, Statistics) is desirable or equivalent practical experience in internet technologies and technical processes.
- Familiarity with Payments industry regulations and technical frameworks (3DS, SCA, AVS, MIT)
- Familiarity with API-based integration methods and related tools/frameworks
- Familiarity with front and back end technologies (i.e. JavaScript, CSS, HTML etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of payments technology, compliance standards, and security protocols related to payments (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as required.
- Good in speaking and writing in both English and Chinese, and in speaking Mandarin

- Managing the VM Team in the aspects of continuous Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning & Configuration Compliance (for Platforms, Database, Networks and Voice), Penetration Testing and Scanning for Application & Infrastructure Security and Development, Security & Operations (DevSecOps), through hiring, training, coaching, objective setting and performance management of team members

- Act as the lead during actively exploited or critical severity vulnerabilities being identified, lead the development of the vulnerability response plan and oversee the implementation of it
You will:
- Managing the VM Team in the aspects of continuous Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning & Configuration Compliance (for Platforms, Database, Networks and Voice), Penetration Testing and Scanning for Application & Infrastructure Security and Development, Security & Operations (DevSecOps), through hiring, training, coaching, objective setting and performance management of team members

- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills
- Well-disciplined with exemplary professional competence and integrity
- Experience with the following services and technologies – Vulnerability Assessment, DevSecOps, Pen-Testing, Secure Code Review, Attack Surface Management, Red Team
- Industry-recognised certification in one or more of the following – CISSP, CISM, etc.

You will:

- High degree of logical and analytical thinking skills, particularly on the different categories of vulnerabilities and how they work
- Strong service and customer-focused approach to the service being delivered
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills
- Well-disciplined with exemplary professional competence and integrity
- Experience with the following services and technologies – Vulnerability Assessment, DevSecOps, Pen-Testing, Secure Code Review, Attack Surface Management, Red Team
- Industry-recognised certification in one or more of the following – CISSP, CISM, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Product Leadership
- Define and execute the technical product roadmap aligned with APAC business strategy
- Lead product development lifecycle from ideation to launch for 1 flagship product
- Make technical decisions on architecture, tech stack, and feature prioritization

- Create technical IP in blockchain/AI convergence

Essential Experience

The Job
You will:
- Manage the application operation/infrastructure team on daily BAU support and service management tasks
- Lead a team with members from various internal functional areas and external service providers to deliver a Club-wide data platform within the given timeframe and resources
- Automation of operational tasks to improve the efficiency of the team
- Lead the team to manage and resolve incidents with minimal impact and take care of problem management for incident prevention
- Provide management reports of operation status and KPI regularly to management and provide continuous improvements
- Working closely with the project team and Cloud team on Capacity planning of infrastructure resources, and managing, project, monitoring, and optimising the Cloud spending of the Club-wise data platform
- Recommend a Cloud/on-premises architecture and infrastructure for the new data analytics platform in an efficient and scalable environment
- Contribute to the Cloud standards, requirements, and configuration of the hardware and system software required based on the agreed architecture
- Prepare infrastructure and technical requirements for the new data analytics platform technology architecture
- Manage vendor to implement system infrastructure (hardware and system software) and IT solution infrastructure based on the agreed infrastructure requirements and standards
- Analyse non-functional and technical requirements to ensure the application performance and availability meet the business users and IT’s requirements
- Provide training and coaching to internal IT people on the new data analytics platform technology
- Participate and contribute positively to create a diverse and inclusive culture with trust and respect. Play an active role to support cross-team/division/department efforts and model collaborative behaviours
You should have:
- A bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in Cloud operation management
- Experience in vendor management and infrastructure projects is a plus
- Exposure and experience in Cloud infrastructure management in AWS/Azure are necessary
- Experience with the software development lifecycle in waterfall and agile delivery approaches
- Hands-on experience in managing an offshore team, multiple vendors, contractors and subcontractors
- Hands-on experience in managing operations with a variety of platforms and technologies
- Experience with JIRA
- Demonstration of proven project management skills in managing IT project resources, timelines, budgets, deliverables and risks
- Excellent analytical mind and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Good awareness of commercial and contractual issues
- Strong ability in problem troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- knowledge in ITIL, IT operations, project methodology and tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation (IT teams, business users) and with external vendors
- Agile / Scrum Master Certification (e.g.SAFe) is preferred

- Onboarding of Club's systems into IAM and IGA platforms to centrally provide authentication services such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), identity management services such as identity and access discovery, provisioning and de-provisioning, and governance activities such as access re-certifications
- Provide essential day-to-day BAU support by directly assisting business users and operational staff with identity and access-related issues, while actively coordinating with external vendors to ensure timely resolution, consistent service delivery, and compliance with support agreements
- Implement, enhance, and/or automate the team's IAM workflows and processes in accordance with requirements, the Club’s relevant information security policies and standards, and cybersecurity industry best practices, to achieve both a high level of operational efficiency and a robust cybersecurity posture
- Assess, plan, test, and implement system and database upgrade activities, security patching, certificate renewals, security configuration hardening, and vulnerability remediations to ensure IAM and IGA systems are consistently running at optimal cyber hygiene levels
- Act as IAM SME to provide technical expertise and insights to define and document IAM requirements and solutions to manage each aspect of an identity and access lifecycle that will help meet the business needs of the stakeholders while upholding strong cybersecurity controls
- Work in tandem with the assigned project team, such as with the Project Manager, Architecture, Design and Delivery team, Portfolio Team and business stakeholders to implement and operationalise IAM projects
- Continuously identify and work together with the team and Cyber Security management to deliver any enhancement and automation initiatives or remediate any gaps that may exist in IAM security controls and workflows
- Contribute to monthly monitoring and management reporting of the team's operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Participate, contribute and help shape a diverse and inclusive culture with trust and respect. Play an active role to support cross team/division/department efforts and model collaborative behaviours
You should have:
- University Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years' experience working in technical IT roles, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in enterprise identity and access management systems
- Experience in integration of various authentication technologies such as Single-Sign On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Biometrics and Passwordless for both on-prem and cloud-based systems
- Experience in executing Identity and Governance Administration processes such as conducting access recertifications, designing access approval processes, implementing role-based access control (RBAC), ensuring segregation of duties and enforcing compliance policies
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, operating systems, networking protocols and cybersecurity concepts and technologies
- Champion adoption of security standards and best practices among business stakeholders
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
- Must possess analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- CIAM, CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification is preferable
- Relevant specialised certifications in IAM or IGA systems will have an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in administration, installation, integration and/or deployment in one or more of the following IAM solutions: Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Ping/ForgeRock, Oracle, Saviynt, etc.
- Hands-on experience in PowerShell and BeanShell scripting
- Strong understanding and application of best practices in IAM systems design and maintenance
- Technical experience in integrating and supporting single-sign-on, ADFS & SAML federation, directory schema, namespace and replication topology, resource provisioning, role mining, identity & access governance, including role-based access control (RBAC), access request and certification
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows, Linux, OSX and mobile operating systems
