We are looking for an energetic professional with firm commitment to excellence to fill the post of Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer.
Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Purchase maintenance materials and keep inventory records;
- Attend IO meeting to explain maintenance items when necessary and answer emergency call;
- Supervise and monitor the performance of other technical staff and technicians;
- Prepare tender documents and familiar with tendering procedures on engineering works;
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
- Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in property maintenance;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A / B) preferable and Safety Card;
- Knowledge in renovation works preferred.
