Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical engineering experience

Oracle Customer Success Services is a Global Line of Business within the Oracle Support Services Organization.
**Role Purpose**
Primary: To successfully run the delivery of customer engagements according to the contractual details for both SaaS and on-premise service
Develop and lead the Oracle Support relationship for customers who have purchased an Customer Success Services (CSS) support contract. Strive to deliver a high degree of satisfaction and protect and enhance Support revenue streams.

Works with partner organisations and other third parties as the need arises.
Works closely with other TAMs to identify and develop innovative ways of delivering service to the customer.
Supports the CSS sales team in selling CSS additional services. Instrumental in driving renewals and finding opportunities for upsell.
Handles documentation and uses Oracle business systems as appropriate
Responsibilities
Be the single point of contact within Oracle for the customer, acting as their advocate for the service you are responsible for delivering.
The CSS TAM is a customer advocate and must demonstrate customer obsession by placing the client needs first.
Handle the contract or delivery engagement as defined by CSS line management, including creating and maintaining accurate documentation
Maintain the Oracle business systems to ensure systems are up to date with the correct/current information (resource assignment, timecards, rates, completion estimates, invoice details etc.) to ensure that services are delivered efficiently, invoices are generated in a timely manner and revenues are recognised promptly.
Plan and deploy resources to ensure effective delivery within agreed budgetary constraints.
Where appropriate create and maintain the CSS service delivery or project plan.
Actively run project forecast, identify risks and issues and opportunity for revenue collection (upside)
Accountabilities:
Proactively lead the contract/project delivery to completion / customer acceptance
Proactively report on any potential risks / issues that may impact service delivery or customer satisfaction
Lead any customer concern that may arise
Ensure all contract-related systems and documentation either required contractually or as part of a program, are up to date and accurate
Supervise and report revenue forecast and margin estimates, revenue and margin achievements for each contract
Work in line with customer working practices and procedures, if contractually agreed
Operate in line with Oracle CSS's business processes and procedures
Job Requirements
With experience in service delivery and/or project management
Oracle products and services knowledge will be highly appreciated as well as experience in Oracle HW platforms and OS.
With experience on Enterprise Customers helpful

Major Duties And Responsibilities
The appointee will mainly assist the research team in a research project “Development of Smart Analytic System with IoT Technology for Renewable Energy Feed-in Tariff in Suburban Agricultural Area” (R6494). The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Designing and validating coupled multi-physics models for agrivoltaics-wind systems under subtropical microclimates;
- Deploying IoT-enabled smart monitoring systems for crops, livestock, and renewable energy generation;
- Implementing machine learning algorithms to optimize energy generation, agricultural productivity, and cost-efficiency;
- Conducting experiments and collecting data using IoT sensors (e.g., soil moisture, solar irradiance, wind speed);

Candidates Should Possess The Following Qualifications, Experience And Competence
- At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics / Diploma (for Technical Assistant);
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Agricultural), Computer Science, Environmental Science, or a related discipline; (for Research Assistant II);
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Agricultural), Computer Science, Environmental Science, or a related discipline; (for Research Assistant I);
- Candidates with prior research experience in IoT, renewable energy, or smart agriculture are highly desirable;
- Candidates with the following skills are preferred;
- Programming: Python, MATLAB, or C++ for modelling and data analysis;
- IoT & Hardware: Sensor networks, Arduino/Raspberry Pi, and wireless protocols (LoRa, ZigBee, NB-IoT);
- Data Analytics: Machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and statistical tools (R, Excel);
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with photovoltaic systems, wind energy, and agricultural microclimates;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- A strong sense of responsibility, coupled with effective organizational and interpersonal skills; and
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.

- We are looking for TECHNICAL DESIGNER - with details as follows :
- Responsible for create fitting tech pack following Asia & International body standard. Perform fitting sessions on live model & dummy.
- Handle the fitting and workmanship comments from 1st proto until OK FIT (counter/size set).
- Work with vendors to achieve desired fitting/workmanship.
- Risk assessment on development stage to call out any potential risk need to modify before PPS.
- Work together with different departments (Collection, Product Developer, HQ Fitting Team, Quality, Sourcing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Vendor).
- In line with the CSR values of the brand, you accomplish your mission by following the strategic axes defined by the company.
- Collaborate with Product Developers in HK office & Europe HQs Fitting Team
- Coach vendors do modification and answer vendor’s questions. Validate nest pattern once the fitting of style is approved.
- Undertake product risk assessments in terms of Fit & Construction to HQ & market.
- Coordinate with QC team to resolve PPS stage issue on fitting & workmanship.
- Review the sketch received from Design Team to make sure information is complete & clear.
- Create measurement specification to garment sketch basis on body standard.
- Perform sample request in PLM.
- Perform the ASIA FIT (adaptation of European fit style).
- Perform fitting sessions on model and dummy to prepare comment from 1st proto until OK Fit (counter/size set).
- Request & study CAP from vendor on the modification on fitting.
- Arrange training to new vendor on company Fitting process & requirements.
- Visit sample room of vendors & factories to assess their ability on sample request.
- Participate and contribute to Basic Block Project use 2D & go forward with 3D.
- 5+ years of experience in the Garment Technician with live model fit experience in buyer office or trading company.
- Experience in Sports/Outdoor/Causal brands, good knowledge on the PLM & 2D pattern software, 3D know how will be advantageous.
- Higher Diploma or degree holders in Textile & Fashion related filed.
- Strong knowledge to provide comments adjust the fitting and improve the workmanship, prevent safety issue due to construction issue, then update comment in PLM.
- Good communication skill in English and Mandarin
- Willing to travel to factories aboard when required
- Competent with MS Office, PLM and proficient in CAD software and other design tools.
- 5 days work : 40 hours per week; flexible working hours
