职位概述
集团国际技术核心成员,负责主导脱碳技术解决方案的全球化输出,聚焦碳捕获与封存(CCUS)、工业能效提升、新能源集成等领域。需具备深厚的 EPC(工程总承包)项目管理经验,能独立设计符合国际标准的脱碳技术方案,并在海外客户技术交流、国际行业峰会中提供专业技术支撑,推动集团碳科技解决方案在发达国家能源项目中的落地实施。
核心工作职责
- 国际技术方案设计与输出
- 主导海外脱碳项目的技术方案编制,包括工艺设计、设备选型、技术经济分析(如 CCUS 项目的捕集效率测算、能耗评估等);
- 结合 EPC 项目经验,制定符合国际规范的技术执行标准(如 ASME、ISO 等),确保方案可落地性;
- 协同海外工程团队,提供从技术设计到现场施工的全流程技术支持,解决跨境项目中的技术难点。
- 客户技术交流与需求对接
- 与欧美、亚太等发达国家的能源企业、政府机构开展技术研讨会,深度解读集团脱碳技术优势(如新型碳吸附材料、智能碳管理系统等);
- 针对客户特定需求(如电厂碳减排、工业流程脱碳),提供定制化技术解决方案,主导技术条款谈判;
- 跟踪国际脱碳技术前沿动态,定期向内部团队传递行业趋势(如欧盟碳边境调节机制 CBAM 对技术方案的影响)。
- 国际会议与行业平台技术展示
- 代表公司出席联合国气候技术峰会、世界能源工程大会等国际活动,进行全英文技术演讲与 PPT 演示;
- 策划海外技术路演,向潜在客户展示集团在脱碳领域的 EPC 项目案例(如某跨国电厂碳捕获项目的技术实施路径);
- 与国际科研机构、行业协会合作,参与脱碳技术标准制定,提升公司国际技术话语权。
- 跨境项目技术管理
- 参与海外 EPC 项目的技术评标、施工督导及验收,确保项目符合当地环保法规与技术规范;
- 协调香港办公室及海外分支机构,提供技术培训与支持,推动本土化技术团队建设;
- 管理技术文档的国际化转换(如将中文技术手册翻译为英文并适配国际标准)。
职位要求
- 硬性条件
- 学历背景 :本科及以上学历,化学工程、环境工程、能源工程等工科专业优先,硕士学历者加分;
- 语言能力 :英语流利(雅思 7.0+/ 托福 100+),可独立撰写英文技术文件,具备国际会议全英文演讲经验;
- 出差适应 :可接受每月 1-2 次发达国家出差(如美国、德国、日本),持有有效商务签证或快速办理资质。
- 专业经验
- 脱碳技术 :3 年以上脱碳技术研发或应用经验,熟悉 CCUS、VSA/PSA 碳捕集、氢能脱碳等至少一种主流技术路线;
- EPC 背景 :2 年以上能源 / 环保领域 EPC 项目技术管理经验,主导过至少 2 个海外脱碳项目的技术方案设计;
- 行业认证 :持有 PMP、注册化工工程师(国际认证优先)或碳管理相关资质(如 ISO 14064 核查员)者优先。
- 核心技能
- 技术方案能力 :能使用 Aspen Plus、HYSYS 等工程软件进行流程模拟,具备技术经济性分析能力;
- 跨文化沟通 :熟悉欧美、东南亚市场的技术商务习惯,能精准传递技术价值并应对客户质疑;
- 项目管理 :掌握 EPC 项目技术管控要点(如设计变更管理、技术风险评估),能协调跨部门资源。
- 软性素质
- 对全球碳中和政策(如欧盟 Green Deal、美国 IRA 法案)有深入理解,具备技术前瞻性;
- 具备较强的问题解决能力,能在跨境技术冲突中快速定位解决方案;
- 可接受南京 - 香港两地联动工作模式,适应高强度国际项目节奏。
