Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of Product Life Cycle process for New Product Development and Introduction (NPD/NPI) to meet product requirements, schedule and cost targets.
- Direct product life cycle activities and necessary toll gate exits at different stages of the product ensuring it meets all requirements in terms of safety, performance, reliability, regulatory, and quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, preferably within medical device, consumer electronics, or automotive industries
- Experience working with product teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer focused products with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms and technologies
- Strong leadership qualities to exercise influence both throughout the organization and with external parties.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- 5+ years in technical program/project management, with a focus on SaaS/software engineering.
- Strong command of agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and program management practices.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau/PowerBI, or similar.
- Proven ability to decompose complex initiatives into deliverables and deliver under ambiguity.
- Track record of facilitating cross-functional teams with proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments.
- Familiarity with SaaS engineering practices (CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, DevOps workflows) is highly desirable.

About the Position

嚴重不當行為情況下可即時解雇;離職須完成代碼/文檔/設備/帳號交接並刪除持有的公司資料。
Summary dismissal only for serious misconduct; upon leaving, complete code/doc/device/account handover and delete Company data.

Job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain FPGA board drivers.
- Develop interfaces for interfacing with customer business systems and implement product software functionality.
- Optimize and adjust backend system functionality.
- Assist with product software development and debugging.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in electronics or computer science.
- 3+ years of driver development experience.
- Familiarity with the Linux kernel and PCIe bus protocols.
- Experience optimizing software performance for multi-threaded operating systems. Proficiency in C/C++.
- Familiarity with Bash and Python scripting.
- Strong learning ability, teamwork skills, and communication skills.
Ideal requirements:
- Strong interest in high-performance computing applications such as machine learning, image processing, and facial recognition.
- Experience with FPGA product development is preferred.
- Experience with PCIe product development is preferred.
