What It's About

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Support the team to develop and manage relationships with existing and new Private Wealth partners such as global/regional/local banks and asset managers across relevant stakeholders
- Assist in strategic distribution projects and product initiatives, coordinating day-to-day interactions across open-ended and closed-ended funds, including wholesale activities such as study sessions to advisors.
- Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests, assisting with queries, and performance updates, including translations of English materials into Chinese
- Map out the investor landscape, plan and undertake regular cold call campaigns
- Develop proficiency to assist with queries about the full range of Partners Group's solutions to partner organizations including operational and regulatory features of a product/project
- Working closely with Partners Group's private wealth teams across a number of areas including portfolio solutions, structuring and marketing.
- Become proficient in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
- Research key competitors' offerings and know how to assist in positioning Partners Group's solutions
- Be involved in client onboarding, including CDD and KYC
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong interest in building a career within the private wealth/private equity industry, preferably have 3+ years of relevant experience. For this position we are looking for someone who works well in a very entrepreneurial organization and someone who possesses strong networking & organization skills.
The Successful Candidate Should Have The Following Profile
- Bachelor's degree (MBA, Master's and/or CFA beneficial) with strong academic background in finance, accounting, economics or a relevant discipline
- 3+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in asset management industry) in business development, consulting, sales & marketing, relationship management
- Ability to demonstrate passion for private markets/private wealth, entrepreneurship, and collaboration through relevant work experience
- Familiarity with alternatives with a focus on open-ended evergreen funds, mutual funds and close-ended products would be a distinct advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate in a polished, professional manner
- Attention to detail, extremely organized, and commitment to excellence. Able to problem solve with a client-focused mindset
- Responsive and willing to work to tight deadlines in a challenging environment
- Proficiency in business English and Mandarin – both written and verbal

You will act as the primary business driver for the Partial Discharge (PD) monitoring solutions in the Asia Region, strategically build and expand relationships with complex clients. Your focus will be to identify, engage, and support key accounts in the sector, working closely with the Regional Sales Team, Application Teams and Product Management teams, to drive profitable growth across the sector. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategies, market plans, and brand awareness initiatives, in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Team, for development PD monitoring business. The position will be based in our OMICRON Service Centre in Hong Kong or Singapore, reporting to the Regional Manager, Asia.
Your responsibilities
- You will acquire new customers and will develop new markets for our OMICRON PD monitoring solutions
- You will present our PD monitoring system solutions to customers at trade fairs
- You will collaborate with the international sales team with a focus on markets we cover directly
- You will manage and support our sales partner network in selected countries with technical and commercial assistance
- You will analyze market requirements to further develop our system technology
- You will analyze tender documents, prepare and follow through on offers
- You will actively support and prepare Go/No Go decisions during the tendering stage
- You will take part in international conferences OMICRON marketing events to represent our OMICRON PD monitoring solutions
- You are flexible and open to international travel, with the potential to spend up to 50% of your work time abroad each year
- You have successfully completed a higher education in engineering (FH, University)
- You have a background in electrical engineering with focus on high voltage engineering
- You have 5-8 years of experience in sales with focus on system solutions in a project business context
- You have international sales experience including contract management, public tendering processes and project management
- You are able to communicate on different levels with commercial decision makers and technical experts
- You have excellent presentation skills
- You are able to work self-contained and used to work in a team
- You have strong interpersonal and social skills
- You have strong English communication skills; additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Korean or Japanese) are a plus
- You are willing to relocate to Hong Kong or Singapore

The Assistant Manager / Senior Officer, Client Solutions supports both sales conversion process and client servicing across group medical insurance and individual product transitions. This role acts as a key liaison for managing the end-to-end process of converting group members to individual plans, SME group client management, ensuring smooth onboarding, servicing, and renewals. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless client experience and drive business growth through targeted conversion efforts. Job Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion – Group to Individual
- Lead the end-to-end process of converting group medical policies to individual medical insurance products and internal staff plans. By managing pre-sales inquiries, quotation preparation, policy issuance, to ensure seamless sales experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Underwriting, and external partners including brokers and clients, to ensure efficient execution of conversion and servicing processes.
- Support the Voluntary Medical Insurance Scheme (VHIS) for Civil Servants, including contract handling, roadshows, and promotional activities as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned group clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding, servicing, and renewal of group medical policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client and broker contacts, particularly within the SME segment, to support their strategic goals and drive engagement.
- Provide timely support for escalated client and broker inquiries, particularly around claims and billing matters. Ensure issues are resolved effectively, maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction and trust.
- Bachelor's degree holder with at least 2-3 years’ working experience
- IIQE Paper 1 and 2 are required
- Prior experience with health insurance conversions or related administrative roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated and able to manage day-to-day priorities
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Immediately available candidates are preferred.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered at Senior Officer level

The Assistant Manager / Senior Officer, Client Solutions supports both sales conversion process and client servicing across group medical insurance and individual product transitions. Job Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion – Group to Individual
- Lead the end-to-end process of converting group medical policies to individual medical insurance products and internal staff plans. By managing pre-sales inquiries, quotation preparation, policy issuance, to ensure seamless sales experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Underwriting, and external partners including brokers and clients, to ensure efficient execution of conversion and servicing processes.
- Support the Voluntary Medical Insurance Scheme (VHIS) for Civil Servants, including contract handling, roadshows, and promotional activities as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned group clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding, servicing, and renewal of group medical policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client and broker contacts, particularly within the SME segment, to support their strategic goals and drive engagement.
- Provide timely support for escalated client and broker inquiries, particularly around claims and billing matters. Ensure issues are resolved effectively, maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction and trust.
- Bachelor's degree holder with at least 2-3 years’ working experience
- IIQE Paper 1 and 2 are required
- Prior experience with health insurance conversions or related administrative roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated and able to manage day-to-day priorities
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Immediately available candidates are preferred.
