We’re looking for a candidate who can serve as a technical solutions consultant for our IT management software suite—an in-country expert who will work closely with both partners and customers.
- Act as an evangelist for IT solutions across key areas such as operations, security, help desk, desktop management, and networks.
- Engage with customers (IT Managers, Administrators, Engineers) and partners to understand their needs and recommend suitable ManageEngine products, working closely with Account Managers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and address technical queries.
- Work across multiple IT management products from ManageEngine.
- Develop expertise in areas such as Desktop Management, IT Help Desk, Windows Management, and Cloud (public and private) Management.
- Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and product events—both online and in person.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and at least one local language at a professional/business level.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in ITSM solutions, desktop/server management, and network administration.
- Interest in learning new software products and exploring technical details.
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple product teams.
- Experience in data center operations, enterprise LAN networks, or Windows environments is a plus.
- ITIL v3 Foundation, Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
It is important for the applicant to be a resident in the country and have a valid work authorisation. Zoho Corporation does not sponsor work visas for this position.

- Be an evangelist for IT solutions across IT operations, security, help desk, endpoint, networks and cloud infrastructure.
- Talk to customers (IT Managers, IT Administrators, Engineers) and partners and understand requirements, and recommend the right
- ManageEngine product in tandem with Account Managers.
- Conduct Masterclass presentations in the local market.
- Work with multiple products focused at IT Management from the company
- Conduct product demonstrations to customers and solve technical queries
- Understanding of product areas including Desktop / Mobile Device Management, IT Help Desk, Windows Management, Public and Private Cloud management.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and product events both online and offline as needed.
- Travel to customer locations.
Requirements
- Excellent business level English Language and local language skills.
- Interest in learning new software products and getting into details.
- Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple ManageEngine product teams.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge with experience in the IT industry.
- Good background in ITSM Solutions, desktop, server/network administration devices is an advantage.
- A good background in ITOM or Cloud is an advantage. One of ITSM or IT Operations Management is a must.
- You must be a resident of the country you are applying for and know the local language in a professional capacity.

The Sales Solution Consultant Specialist is responsible for working with the sales team in identifying clients’ needs, proposing and demonstrating the FIS Insurance actuarial solutions and works in conjunction with the sales executives to pursue high value software and services sales and business development opportunities within FIS’s current and prospective client base to achieve or exceed yearly sales goals, increase market share and maximize profits.
As a senior actuarial consultant, they will be responsible for developing and managing the clients technical and end user relationships and assisting sales executives in selling the strategic vision at C-level to board level as required.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support FIS insurance clients in APAC (Mainly Large Regional Insurers in Hong Kong)
- Through direct communication with prospective clients, work with sales executives to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and solutions requirements
- Help develop and articulate the value proposition of FIS’ Prophet actuarial solution to clients
- Demonstrate the actuarial and related insurance solutions to current and prospective clients. Provide actuarial, business and technical input to RFP’s, client proposals, etc…
- In conjunction with the sales executives help manage and control the sales cycle from initial prospect contact, client needs analysis, solution presentation, completion of proposals, delivery schedules and product specifications
- Lead GTM initiatives for business development and incremental pipeline generation
- Be the client’s point of contact and co-ordinate with regional and global stakeholders
- Maintain an effective presence at industry events, conferences, seminars and trainings as required
- Represent FIS in the relevant actuarial associations and fairs
- Maintain expertise in related insurance industry issues relative to trends, competition, and customer needs
- Maintain expertise relative to the function and technology of the FIS product offering in order to represent and sell effectively
- Train new/junior team members as a senior consultant
What you Bring~
- Strong background in life insurance
- Extensive actuarial modelling experience
- In depth understanding and experience of actuarial and risk modelling techniques
- Knowledge or hands on experience of using other Prophet suite solutions like Prophet Enterprise, Insurance Data Repository etc, will be an advantage
- Extensive coding experience and expertise
- Business fluency in English
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a strong sense of ownership
- Around 15-25% of travel will be required
- University graduate in Actuary Studies or equivalent (actuarial certification an advantage)
- Have worked in Insurance company, Business consultancy firms or Insurance solution providers for at least 10 years
- Extensive experience in Prophet Modelling and Actuarial Systems

The Job
- Function as the key point of contact between service delivery and deal pursuit
- Leading responsible to design business workflow automation solution that offer unique values to customer
- Support sales on preparation of the RFP / RFI / Tender proposal & develop Scope of work (SOW)
- Understand current operational & service frameworks and how their solutions will be managed through and after the implementation
- Analyze customer current state and match against end user requirements to create business case and solution offering
- Work with Subject Matter Expert on technical infrastructure, software development and operation on overall design & co-ordination to develop POC and solution demonstration
- Degree holder or qualification equivalent to Level 5 or above in the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (QF)
- At least 2 years’ Pre-sales experience or 1 year’s Pre-sales with 3 years in operations experience
- Passionate to design and demonstrate customized solutions to solve customer's business challenges
- Exposure on Business Workflow Automation (EDMS / ECM / workflow / RPA / Capturing / AI) and print room outsourcing is preferable
- Domain knowledge in Insurance / Banking / Entertainment / Hospitality industry is preferable
- Knowledge on ITIL, Process improvement tools, Project Management related experience is much preferred
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time
- Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records
- Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements
- Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure
- Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution
- 12 days' annual leave
- Blissful leave of maximum 25 days per year (including birthday leave, wedding anniversary leave, children graduation leave, volunteer leave, pet healthcare leave, home purchase, etc)
