RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise in-house technicians and contractors on operation, routine repair and maintenance of central air conditioning systems
• Attend emergency calls
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors
• Prepare reports on incidents of system

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in building services system maintenance, HVAC/BMS preferrable
• Holders of REW Grade A or above are preferred
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer skills on MS Word and Excel
• Required to attend 24-hour emergency calls

Assist to the Chief Engineering Controller and Engineering Controller in all engineering issues and to act as shift-in-charge.

To carry out and complete the preventive maintenance and repair services as instructed in accordance with the required schedule, including all necessary engineering works for access to E&M Tunnel Equipment.
