Key Responsibilities

• Drive the digitalization of investment operations, transitioning from Excel-based workflows to automated, scalable solutions.

• Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize research results and investment performance.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in a technology, data, or business analysis role, ideally within financial services or investment-related environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and general programming skills.
• Solid understanding of investment concepts and operations.
• Experience with AI tools, automation, or process enhancement projects.
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

The Role:

This position is dedicated to safeguarding worldwide digital assets through the continuous surveillance, assessment, and enhancement of their security stance. This encompasses their physical data centers, cloud-based services, and mobile technologies.

The individual in this role will partner with security engineering, architecture, and broader IT groups to identify, analyze, and neutralize potential threats, thereby upholding the integrity and compliance of the Group's technology landscape.

Primary Duties:

• Ensure the continuous operation, dependability, and adherence to security policies of all protective systems; collaborate with various departments to address identified weaknesses
• Identify and address unusual network activities and malicious software incidents using a suite of security technologies
• Administer and oversee DLP tools designed to protect network, endpoint, and cloud-based information
• Examine and address security alerts generated by the SIEM platform
• Supervise email security and spam filtration systems, taking action to resolve identified threats
• Administer policies for approved application usage and monitor systems for unauthorized file changes

Required Experience & Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or a comparable combination of education and practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional background in information technology or information security positions.
• Demonstrated proficiency with core security tools and concepts, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), intrusion detection/prevention systems, anti-malware solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity and Access Management (IAM), vulnerability assessment scanners, and structured approaches to handling security incidents.

The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
• Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple management teams and other units to meet organizational objectives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience working in the financial industry
• Strong product level knowledge of Equity Swap products (ideally) or knowledge of Swap products in other asset classes preferred
• Understanding Trade Processing management is highly desirable
• A proven track record of business analysis experience and strong familiarity with BA analysis techniques
• Strong investigation and data analysis skills with intermediate SQL skills
• Strong level of experience and familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall SDLC methodology
• Strong practical experience in analysis, design and project managing end to end delivery
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations
