About The Role

The Technology Consultant will help drive the growth of Accenture Technology’s business and grow the client pool. She/he will work close with senior management, project team, technology experts to develop a customized solution for the clients.

Key Responsibility:


  • Capture client's business process and context precisely and concisely in short period of time

  • Analyze clients’ business and problems, conduct relevant research proactively to deepen understanding

  • Provide inputs on client needs and recommend solution options

  • Prepare viable solution for the client with strong sense of business case

  • Propose delivery approach for the technology solution considering priorities and dependencies

  • Work towards growing Accenture and client relationships; Help shape the deal with the clients and develop compelling proposals

  • Assess emerging technologies; Continuously monitor relevant industry and technology trends to ensure further development of Accenture’s capabilities

    About You


  • Bachelor’s degree, or above; Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English

  • 10+ years of working experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, technology delivery and client servicing

  • Strong capabilities on analytical and quantitative problem solving, and complex ideas communication

  • Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, and presenting solutions

  • Good stakeholder management skills; Proven self-starter and a team player

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the latest market trend and curiosity in technology

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and on a tight timeline

  • Sound knowledge in IT operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud, AI, blockchain, automation, and/or data is preferred

  • Candidate with less experience will be offered a more junior position

    • Maintain corporate-wide technology risk management and cyber resilience policy and process in compliance with the regulator’s requirements;
    • As a second line of defense, assist risk owners in identifying and measuring risks to build a corporate-wide cyber and technology risks profile;

    Requirement:

    • Holder of cybersecurity certificates - CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP or other equivalent certificates is preferred;
    • Practical experience and knowledge in risk management framework and methodology;
    • Knowledge in control frameworks such as C-RAF, TM-E-1, TM-G-1, SA-2 and relevant circulars published by the HKMA, SWIFT Customer Security Programme, PCI DSS, etc. are preferred;
    • Experience in working for major financial institutions; and
    • A good team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills, good command of English language and proficiency in Mandarin.

    • Traveling to different countries (especially mainland China) when required for project management and business development tasks

    Requirements

    • Technical background in IoT or environmental technologies is a bonus
    • Bachelor’s degree or above
    • Minimum 8 years of full-time work experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
    • Completion of a written test and ability test as part of the application process
    • Passionate about project management and technologies in the environmental field
    • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

    About the Role

    Bybit is seeking a Trading Technology Leader to own the architecture, evolution, and security of our trading systems — the core engine driving billions in daily transactions across Spot, Perpetuals, Futures, and Options markets.

    This is a mission-critical leadership role at the intersection of ultra-low-latency engineering and high-stakes trading innovation. You will lead multiple specialized engineering teams, set our technology vision, and ensure our infrastructure scales seamlessly with market growth, new product launches, and the demands of a 24/7 crypto market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and lead the entire trading technology domain — including matching engine, market data systems, market connectivity, risk control modules, core infrastructure, and trading security.
    • Oversee multiple high-performance engineering teams (Matching Engine, Market Data & Connectivity, Risk & Compliance Tech, Infrastructure & Security), aligning technical priorities with Bybit’s product and business strategy.
    • Partner closely with Spot, Perpetuals, Futures, and Options trading desks to ensure technology evolves in step with market trends, liquidity demands, and new product launches.
    • Architect and optimize trading systems for sub-millisecond execution , high throughput, and exchange-grade resilience — designed to thrive under peak crypto market volatility.
    • Set technical vision, architecture standards, and performance benchmarks that meet and exceed traditional exchange expectations.
    • Lead security-first engineering , safeguarding systems against exploits, latency abuse, and other market integrity threats.
    • Drive a culture of continuous innovation , adopting the best from both traditional finance and Web3-native architectures (e.g., hybrid matching models, on-chain settlement).
    • Act as executive sponsor for major technology programs — managing budgets, vendor relationships, resources, and cross-departmental delivery.

    Key Requirements

    • Proven leadership experience building and scaling trading technology at a crypto exchange, stock exchange, HFT firm, or securities trading platform .
    • Hands-on experience or deep technical expertise in trading infrastructure and trading engine architecture , including low-latency matching, order routing, and market data dissemination.
    • Strong programming background, with mastery of C++ for high-performance, low-latency systems.
    • Strategic leader who remains technically engaged in key architectural decisions, system optimization, and troubleshooting.
    • Deep understanding of market microstructure for both crypto and traditional asset classes.
    • Proven ability to deliver high-performance systems that scale reliably under extreme load and meet exchange-grade SLAs.
    • Fluency in Chinese required; English proficiency is preferred for global collaboration.

    • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines from a reputable university

    • 8 years (3 out of which is in team lead role) of project management and system analysis experience in data related domains, preferably in financial data analytics, database design, implementation, maintenance, big data platforms and AI

    • Proficiency in database design (e.g. architecture of normalized relational tables), data technologies (e.g. data streaming, data lake, ETL), concepts (e.g. data model, metadata) and tools (e.g. SQL, analytic and visualization tools)

    • Hands-on experience in risk technology on counterparty credit risk / market risk in financial industry, and knowledge on fixed income / equities products, particularly derivatives and structured products are preferred

    • Proficient in English and Chinese

    • Communication skill with non IT / technical audience
