Reporting To The Director Of Information Technology, The Associate Director Of Information Technology Is a Key Position In Developing IT Plans, Strategies, And Infrastructure To Meet The Vision And Mission Of The University And For a Long-term Sustainable Development. The Appointee Shall
- work in close collaboration with the Director of Information Technology in providing leadership, direction, and guidance to ITSC;
- consult with various academic faculties and administrative support units and put forward insights and solutions on various IT needs;
- budget, plan, manage resources and vendors for different IT related projects;
- perform the management, coordination, and supervision of technology related construction events for the University;
- ensure the provision of adequate information systems and data support to staff and students to meet teaching, research and administration needs;
- oversee the information security operations of the University; and
- direct the development and provision of computer equipment and software.
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline;
- have a substantial record of successful project management and effective leadership at the management level in sizable organisations;

As a Cloud Engineering Manager for the BootStack team, you will be responsible for managing the engineers that oversee day-to-day Managed Service of customer environments, including customer service management, managed services operations and consistent product improvement engineering. The role entails
- Manage a growing engineering team to optimise the quality and velocity of both development and operations
- Identify and measure team health indicators
- Implement disciplined engineering and operations processes

- Ensure proper team focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables
- Work to meet service level agreements with customer deployments around the globe
- Deliver quality managed services in a consistent, timely manner

**Job Description:**
Joining the Markets Application Production Services (MAPS) APAC team, you will be part of a global function responsible for the managing production systems across Global Markets Technology. You will work in a fast paced environment, leading multiple teams of front office facing application production specialists supporting entire APAC Equities business. You will regularly interact with senior execs/head of businesses/desk heads up to the level of MDs and closely partner with SMEs to senior execs/MDs within development and infrastructure teams in region and global to deliver to the regional Equities business as one Technology team.

**Responsibilities:**
The role is fully responsible for managing the provision of application support to multiple LOBs within Global Markets Equities business in APAC. The role involves defining technical and people strategy, facing off to multiple senior business execs, coordinating stability programs, driving strategic improvements and managing major incidents. Additionally, the role will closely work with onshore and offshore groups worldwide to continue to operate and improve our global support model.
