• Able to perform nurse consultation and handle patient's and family's needs independently.
• To collaborate with other health care teams to promote high quality services;
• Assist in the development of professional nursing standards, care protocol and clinical pathways;
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Entry Requirements:

• A valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Ability to plan, implement, deliver and evaluate an individualized care plan to patients and their families

• Relevant nursing experience in hospice / palliative care is preferable

• Candidate with specialty training in palliative care is preferable

• Competent in MS office
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Shift duty is required

• Coordinate and follow up with clients on their status and consultation appointments.
• Ensure and maintain equipment in good and hygienic condition.

Requirements

• Possess a valid practicing certificate with Hong Kong Nursing Council, with at least 1 year of relevant experience, experience in a private clinic is preferred.
• Must have experience in blood collection and IV cannulation
• Experience in drug dispensing & preparing IV is required
• Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Foreign nurses are welcome
• Must be organized, flexible, and able to multi-task, working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Windows and clinic software
• Self-initiated, patient-oriented, and attentive to detail, demonstrate a personal commitment to providing safe and quality patient care.
• Willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.
