  • Oversee daily operations and development of DMTM channels, including sales tracking, Salesforce management, call center operations, sales campaigns, system and workflow enhancements, reporting, and data analytics to ensure sales targets and service levels are met.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure DMTM channel requirements are properly communicated and delivered.
  • Monitor progress of deliverables to ensure they meet timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Identify new market trends, technologies, and industry insights to improve channel performance, customer journey, and experience, and to inspire product development.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Form 7 graduate or above; university degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in direct marketing or telemarketing management or operations; insurance DMTM experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong understanding of direct marketing, telemarketing, and call center operations; project management knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Excellent presentation skills with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proactive, data-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible for daily operations of DMTM partnership channels and acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Key role in supporting partnership sales distribution and acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

The Successful Applicant

Job Description
  • Lead the development of sales analytics framework to support regular reporting and thematic business initiatives within the Sales Department
  • Oversee the tracking and analysis of sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to guide strategic planning and drive business outcomes
  • Partner with the Sales Management Office to design and implement sales growth strategies
  • Represent the Sales Management Office in cross-departmental coordination for new business development, process optimization, and product enhancements
  • Manage and curate effective frontline communications, encompassing internal events, training programs, and daily operational support
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of SFC regulations and proven experience in financial services, including wealth management, private banking, or brokerage across fixed income, securities, and derivatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Sharp analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to translate data into strategic, actionable plans
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese

  • Perform strategic leadership and support the development and execution of global and local sales and marketing activities;
  • Design annual sales and marketing plans for global and local sales office to contribute to the Company’s annual plan and increase brand awareness in the local markets;
  • Oversee the operation of the B2C system and platform including functionality in areas such as promotion, product development and order processing;
  • Ensure all platform configurations and information are correct and compliant with local regulations;
  • Identify business opportunities to achieve PRASK and POS targets;
  • Implement competitive strategies to increase sales performance across direct channels, FIT agents, corporate TMC and group agents;
  • Manage distribution channels and build strong relationship with BSP agents and corporate customers to maximize revenue contribution;
  • Collaborate with external parties and partners on Joint promotional sales & marketing events to increase market share;
  • Oversee in-bond sales performance, optimize channel management and review the agent behavior monitoring mechanism;
  • Maintain relationships with local government authorities, local companies and organizations;
  • Perform weak flight analysis, develop and execute tactical sales plans and provide supervision of work tasks; and
  • Handle with ad-hoc task as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines;
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in airline commercial or revenue management operation; including 3 years’ experience in managerial level;
  • Solid sales or business development experience with good travel industry and market senses is a must;
  • Have experiences in team management and development;
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking and organization skills;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
