- F.6 or above or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 3, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 including Chinese, English and Mathematics in HKDSE.
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience, passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations are preferable. (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4).
- Customer-oriented with strong sales drive, presentable and detail-minded.

- Communicate with laboratory staff on special sample handling and test requirements, etc to ensure projects proceed in a satisfactory manner
- High Diploma or above in any subjects
- 1-4 years’ experience in customer services
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Good communication skill, outgoing and initiative
