The Retail Coordinator supports his/her manager to enhance Retail Sales development including promotional and merchandising activities related to a Duty-Free distribution channel and organization. The role requires frequent and proactive liaison with internal teams such as supply chain, customer service and marketing, as well as to drive effective relationships with the retailers.
THE ROLE
RETAIL SALES/EXCELLENCE
- Prepare sell in template on monthly newness for retailers to enable detailed analysis of trends
- Closely monitor the oos/reference code updates and provide a monthly recap to retailers.
- Regularly update of monthly sales report via HUB/internal trackers
- Update the retailers’ e-com template for upcoming newness
- Ensure timely tracking of sales orders and deliveries for all customers
- Organize regular delivery of lab samples/buyer samples to retailers
- Preparation of new price list
MERCHANDIZING EXCELLENCE
- Assist in timely updates of merchandizing grids/visuals for all newness
- Support in driving retail merchandizing excellence such as sufficient testers, testers stand, lighting, clean counters etc)
- Assist in preparation of VM/planogram proposals for execution
- Prepare and ship counter-tools (ie: gifting elements, posm etc) in customers’ orders. To work closely with Demand Planner on fulfillment rate of non-sellables
- Data maintenance for TRIP on creation/update of promotion entry
OTHER ADMINISTRATION
- Liaise closely with SSC team to ensure monitor all accounts payable
- Ensure credit notes are duly issued to retailers with no major time lapse
- Ensure data accuracy of all customer records
- Timely request of PO/PR in advance of goods receipt

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or similar
- Strong MS excel, Word and power points skills
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical capabilities with good computer skills (MS Office Applications).
- Project Management Skills including attention to detail and ability to coordinate and interact with cross functional teams.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Proven communication skills with all levels of management, both written and spoken.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity

**Purpose of Role**
The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values to provide Athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for execution of routine duties to support store operations. The Sales Associate will assume the Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.

+ Provide direct sales assistance to Athletes to meet sales KPI targets set by the Retail Store Manager
+ Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience

+ Model the UA service culture and customer expectations
+ When assisting athletes communicate brand messages according to UA Service Model
+ Incorporate product knowledge into selling process by participating in training
**_Retail Operations_**
+ Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets
+ Comply with UA policies and procedures
+ Complete the operational and cash processes (manual or system) in line with training
+ Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies
+ Fulfill the working hours as scheduled to Under Armour's attendance policy

+ Collaborates with teammates to achieve store goals

**Qualifications**
+ Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
+ Fluency in local language

+ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
**Requirements**
+ 0-3 months working in a sports/apparael & footwear retail environment
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, and weekends
**Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12kgs
+ Able to move about for extended periods of time with short breaks to handle products
+ Ability to freely access all areas of the store; including the selling floor, stock and register area

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implementation of the Retail Control function according to AP strategy.
- Ensure implementation of retail routines, checks and controls through boutique visits, reporting production and analysis.
- Under the leadership of the Head Retail Control, act as an active member of the retail controllers ‘network by exchanging good practices with your peers, supporting affiliates and fostering alignment across the organization.
- Contribute to the company’s effort to simplify and streamline processes.
- Be the first advisor of the Regional and/or Country General Manager and act as a reference for Retail Control with the various relevant functions within affiliates (e.g. CRM, Commercial, Finance, etc.) as well as Headquarters (e.g. Retail Operations, CRM, Retail Excellence and Training, Hospitality, Commercial Finance, Risk and Compliance, Internal Audit) thereby enhancing a continuous improvement culture and fostering brand equity.
- Conduct Boutique/House visits and perform regular reviews of boutiques’ controls (e.g. inventory management and cycle counts, physical security, payment means, etc.) in order to ensure that retail policies, procedures and processes are adhered to.
- Identify gaps and needs for training and re-enforcements.
- Draft post visit report highlighting discrepancies and red flags as well as corrective measures and distribute to all relevant stakeholders.
- Update and amend business controls leveraging on (new) systems and related functions (Retail, Finance, HR, Compliance, etc.) when necessary.
- Review, collect and generate data/dashboards, in line with HQ reporting requirements, in order to provide transparency on potential discrepancies, anomalies and/or red flags and help monitor daily business operations effectively and efficiently (e.g. daily, weekly or monthly reporting on store’s inventory management, sales transactions, deposits and payment means). Additionally, review top clients, customers’ journeys, and ensure that background checks (KYCs), etc.) have been conducted and taken into account.
- Report and provide updates on boutique performance to local management and Global Head Retail Control.
- Ensure timely follow-up and implementation of the corrective actions. Report progress and status of completion to local Management and to the Head Retail Control.
- Act as a catalyst and promote transparency, integrity, accountability and respect.
Your Experience :
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and orientation to details and ability to make decision and escalate issues are a must.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass on critical messages in a diplomatic manner.
- Strong team player with experience in a multicultural/international environment.
- Minimum of 4 or 5 years of experience, you have been a team leader in internal control, compliance and/or internal audit engagements (in Big 4 firm or multinational company) with a proven knowledge and track record within a large retail / luxury company.
- Alternatively, you bring a comparable experience gained within a retail / Luxury organization.
- Integrity and trust are among your core values.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and local language is a must.
- Open to travel (up to 40% for regional roles / travel within the country on a regular basis for local roles

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
The Retail Coordinator supports his/her manager to enhance Retail Sales development including promotional and merchandising activities related to a Duty-Free distribution channel and organization. The role requires frequent and proactive liaison with internal teams such as supply chain, customer service and marketing, as well as to drive effective relationships with the retailers.
**THE ROLE**
**RETAIL SALES/EXCELLENCE**
+ Prepare sell in template on monthly newness for retailers to enable detailed analysis of trends
+ Closely monitor the oos/reference code updates and provide a monthly recap to retailers.
+ Regularly update of monthly sales report via HUB/internal trackers
+ Update the retailers' e-com template for upcoming newness
+ Ensure timely tracking of sales orders and deliveries for all customers
+ Organize regular delivery of lab samples/buyer samples to retailers
+ Preparation of new price list
**MERCHANDIZING EXCELLENCE**
+ Assist in timely updates of merchandizing grids/visuals for all newness
+ Support in driving retail merchandizing excellence such as sufficient testers, testers stand, lighting, clean counters etc)
+ Assist in preparation of VM/planogram proposals for execution
+ Prepare and ship counter-tools (ie: gifting elements, posm etc) in customers' orders. To work closely with Demand Planner on fulfillment rate of non-sellables
+ Data maintenance for TRIP on creation/update of promotion entry
**OTHER ADMINISTRATION**
+ Liaise closely with SSC team to ensure monitor all accounts payable
+ Ensure credit notes are duly issued to retailers with no major time lapse
+ Ensure data accuracy of all customer records
+ Timely request of PO/PR in advance of goods receipt
