About the Role

Join Enoia, a new multi-brand space in IFC Lane Crawford, bringing thoughtful fragrance, beauty, home, and wellness products to Hong Kong. We are looking for full-time and part-time Retail Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and support our non-traditional retail concept.

Our retail project, Enoia, is a multi-brand space on Lane Crawford's beauty floor at IFC Mall. Enoia is not a conventional shop: it is a curated environment for thoughtful living. We gather small-batch perfumers, clean home care makers, refillable beauty innovators, and modern wellness brands that reflect the real needs of today's consumer . Customers are invited to slow down, book private appointments, and explore products through one-on-one guidance and discovery.

• Experience in retail, beauty, lifestyle, or wellness (preferred but not required).
• Passion for sustainability, wellness, and intentional living.
• Warm, curious, and able to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Good command of English & Mandarin if possible
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
