**Position Overview**
We are looking for a great talent for Hong Kong Sales Organization, with passion, mission to deliver and vision to play impact.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and support the activities of sales team, including hiring, coaching, developing talent, team culture and performance management
+ Plans and directs all sales activities including planning, managing forecasts, building the pipeline, executing on policies, as well as staffing and talent development of the sales force. Promote a team culture that embraces Autodesk's values
+ Collaborate across organizations and engage appropriate internal resources from Autodesk
+ Establishes short and long term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives that generate new business and develops and maintains customer relationships. Execute strong business practices
+ Establish and sustain effective long term customer relationships
+ Assist reseller in developing sales and marketing plans related to Autodesk's CBI & industry solutions
+ Provide insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunities
+ Collaborate with other internal organizations and coordinate internal resources as needed
+ Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities
+ Encourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organizations
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 8 + years of sales, plus leadership experience with a demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
+ Proven team leadership skills, managing large teams through multiple management layers with creativity and a proactive approach to conflict resolution, mentoring, coaching, recognition and performance management
+ Demonstrated success in working with the Channel, Marketing, Customer Success and other key internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals
+ Superior communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to build relationships at multiple levels and to work cross-organizationally towards solutions
+ Strong influencing skills and ability to deliver results in a matrixed organization Effective Project Management leadership experience
+ Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
+ Demonstrated ability to grasp the technical aspects of the business (i.e. deeply understanding the products and services in order to achieve and maximize sales results)
+ Able to adapt and evolve with changing priorities and business initiatives

About the Role:
As a Sales Executive at foodpanda Hong Kong, you’ll play a key role in growing our restaurant network by signing new vendors to join the platform. You’ll be part of our high-performing Sales Team within the Commercial department, and your primary focus will be to meet and exceed your monthly quota of new restaurant activations - bringing the best and most exciting restaurants onto foodpanda.

- Proactively approach potential restaurant partners to join the foodpanda platform
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets for new restaurant activations
- Conduct pitch meetings (via phone or face-to-face) to present the value of joining foodpanda
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements with restaurant owners and managers
- Encourage vendors to launch with platform deals or marketing packages to boost visibility
- Ensure restaurant menus are uploaded accurately with high-quality dish-level photos
- Support partners through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth activation on the platform
Must-Have Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - fluent in both English and Cantonese
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Understanding of Hong Kong’s food and beverage industry or local restaurant landscape
- Strong attention to detail, with solid problem-solving and presentation skills
- Less than 3 years of full-time work experience preferred - fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply

What you will learn:
- Business Development : Help grow existing and new client relationships by teaming up with senior leaders to upsell our innovative services, through warm and cold outreachClient Connections : How to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and production colleagues from around the world
- Project Management : Respond to client requests for new initiatives, collaborating with teams to define project scopes and create cost estimates
- Strategic Thinking : Analyze the competitive landscape, craft compelling project proposals to provide innovative solutions to your clients, and negotiate budgets and timelines.
- Quality Control : Keep projects on track by monitoring progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, and delivering high-quality deliverables
- Industry Insights : Dive deep into clients’ industries and business needs, to inform and educate various stokeholds and ensure we are well-equipped to identify new business opportunities
- Creative Problem Solving : Bring fresh ideas to enhance our business development strategies
- Client Satisfaction : Regularly follow up with clients to ensure they’re thrilled with our delivery, quality, and service
What you'll need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; any additional Asian language a plus
- 3-5 years of client facing, sales, or business development experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills
- Great interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Solid time management abilities
