Job Description

• Implement the management system and ISO 17025;
• Work with Sample Control Team for receiving and returning of tested items;
• Handle preparation work before testing;
• Conduct simple testing after internal training and the supervision of engineer or above;
• Process data to engineer, or above as needed;
• Carry out maintenance and calibration plan of the laboratory;
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Science
• Good command of MS Word, Excel, & word processing
• Proficient in written Chinese and English

Additional Information

• Familiar with ISO 17025 quality system and accreditation requirements.
• Familiar with safety standards/requirements of toys and consumable products in various countries such as ASTM, CPSIA, EN 71-3 and REACH.

Principal Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand banking system requirements (e.g. core banking, digital channels, payments, compliance systems).
• Develop and execute UAT test cases based on business processes and user scenarios.
• Validate system functionalities against business requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.
• Document test results, track defects, and escalate issues to relevant teams for resolution.
• Report bugs and coordinate with development and QA teams for fixes and retesting.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues identified during UAT and support root cause analysis.
• Perform post-implementation verification to ensure system readiness and minimal disruption to banking operations.
• Participate in UAT planning, test data setup, and environment coordination.

Qualifications / Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in UAT or QA testing within the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with banking products and operations (e.g. loans, deposits, credit cards, treasury, compliance) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAT methodology, test planning, and defect lifecycle management.
• Experience with test management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic banking environment.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience in Agile environments and knowledge of regression testing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine on-line checking on raw materials, semi- and finished food products.
• Perform on-line checking at various stages in production line to implement ISO / HACCP policy.
• Support to implement and maintain documentation system and quality management system.
• Coordinate and participate work safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures training to related staff.
• Support the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with the corporate standard.
• Investigate and follow-up the complaint case, which related to food safety and quality aspect.
• Coordinate and regularly review the performance of pest control condition and follow-up with contractor.
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder or above in Food Science / Food and Nutrition or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in relevant QA / QC experience, exposure of food factory operations will be an advantage.
• Familiar with quality assurance systems (HACCP / ISO22000).
• Self-motivated, independent, excellent problem solving skills, and with good communication skill.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy, working under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in PC applications, including Chinese word and excel processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese;
• More experience may consider as Senior Quality Assurance / Quality Control Officer;
