Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and efficient trade execution from clients for different products, including HK and overseas securities, fixed income products, futures and funds;
• Monitor client account risks and ensure trades comply with Group Compliance Policy and the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
• Assist with end-of-day processing, including trade reconciliation and settlement
• Handle client enquiries and provide customer support on the trading platform
• Work with IT team to develop and optimize the trading platform
• Perform system testing in the UAT environment
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor and management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics/Finance / Statistics / Financial Engineering or related disciplines
• Registered with SFC as representative or qualify to be registered as Representative under Type 1 and Type 2 Regulated Activities is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of solid dealing experience in financial institutions or brokerage firms
• Proficient in Bloomberg, ETTSS, E-sunny, HKATS online and other electronic trading tools is preferred.
• Willing to work on night-shift and HK public holidays
• Good Command of spoken & written in Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, interpersonal skills, independent and detail-minded

Responsibilities:

• Provide client services for trade execution, keep clients informed of market updates, review portfolios, offer tailored recommendations, conduct educational workshops, and perform research on listed companies for periodic presentations and recommendations, ensuring client satisfaction and informed investment decisions.

Preferably, you should:

• Possess a strong passion for developing a successful career in the financial market

About the role
