The purpose of this role is to administer the process bookings and plan capacity utilization to achieve the optimum utilization of the available ACS capacity on the DHL flown and trucking network.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?- Understands the customer needs and ensures execution of the contractual agreements with customers in regards to capacity access and prioritization of the product on the network

- Be part of a central point of day-to-day capacity management related issues

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
- Fluent in English, written & spoken. (Other languages a benefit)
- Less than 2 years years experience
- Extensive knowledge of the DHL products and processes including aircraft and truck specifications
