Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Language proficiency: Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English

The Job

  • Supervise a team of Assistant Chemist and Technician daily testing work in organic testing on Softline, Toys, Hardgoods and Electrical products
  • Monitor the TAT and maintain a smooth daily operation

  • Oversee cross-border logistics warehouse projects :Manage the full cycle from project implementation to daily operations, coordinate cross-departmental resources, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data :Optimize warehouse layout and inventory management strategies to reduce warehousing costs and improve inventory efficiency.
  • Drive operational process optimization :Based on cross-border logistics characteristics, leverage system applications (e.g., WMS/TMS/FOP) to enhance efficiency in core processes like import stockpiling and warehousing, adapting to evolving business scenarios.
  • Respond to client needs and conduct project reviews :Establish monthly and regular review mechanisms, anchor on optimizing cross-border business P&L, and drive project profitability through logistics system data closure.
  • Execute specialized tasks :Undertake cross-border logistics warehouse operations tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager to ensure team strategy implementation.

Requirements

  • Technical skills :Proficient in office software, expert in Excel logistics data processing/analysis and Word process documentation; familiar with WMS/TMS/FOP system operation logic to support warehouse processes and meet cross-border digital operation needs.
  • Experience & qualifications :Priority for candidates with 3+ years of logistics warehouse project operation experience (cross-border logistics, e-commerce warehousing, especially with direct mail warehouse exposure); basic financial logic to support cross-border P&L management
