Job Description
- To conduct feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
- To apply Value Management techniques at the outset of a project and where appropriate involve Turner & Townsend’s specialist Value Management team
- To manage estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and present the final cost plan
- To manage the procurement process, ensuring that all stages including pre qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation are performed effectively
- To ensure that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively
- To ensure that cost checking and valuation work is managed effectively
- To ensure the production of monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to the client
- Value engineering and life cycle costing
- To ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed
- To take a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management/Engineering/Building Service or equivalent
- Welcome 0~ 10 years experience in related fields
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience across the full range of Cost Management duties including: Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, Tendering and Evaluation,
- Contract Knowledge, Change Orders and Final Account close-out
- Experience from MEP QS background, well versed with mechanical and electrical (M&E) work experience is preferred.
- Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiation, influence and persuade other

Job Description

- Assist the Senior Contract Manager / Contract Manager in contract management
- Responsible to manage pre and post contracts
- Set up and maintain clear cost plan for projects
- Attend Client’s team meeting and advise on commercial matters
- Advise on opportunities for value engineering and cost savings when possible
- Provide commercial reports to Client
- Review and assess variation claims
- Ensure that deliverables are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/saved
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years’ Quantity Surveyor experience in Civil or infrastructure projects preferred but not necessary
- Candidate with more experience could be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Professional qualification (HKIS, RICS, RPS or equivalent) is preferred but not a must
- Excellent communication skill
- Proficient in English language both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Preparation of tender documentation
- Tendering process and tender evaluation
- Post-contract administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
- Finalization of project final accounts
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Candidates with 0 to 5 years of working experience in QS are preferred
- With technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
- Candidates with pre-contract experience and consultancy background will have an advantage
- Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
- Able to work as a team player
- Candidate with HKIS or RICS qualification will be considered for Assistant Team Leader or above
- Ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate clearly spoken Cantonese and written Chinese

Job Description
- Assist the Senior Contract Manager / Contract Manager in contract management
- Responsible to manage pre and post contracts
- Set up and maintain clear cost plan for projects
- Attend Client’s team meeting and advise on commercial matters
- Advise on opportunities for value engineering and cost savings when possible
- Provide commercial reports to Client
- Review and assess variation claims
- Ensure that deliverables are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/saved
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
- 1~10 years of relevant experience
- Candidate with more experience could be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Professional qualification (HKIS, RICS, RPS or equivalent) is an advantage
- Excellent communication skill
- Proficient in English language both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications

Role Description:
- Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow
- Preparation of tender documentation
- Tendering process and tender evaluation
- Post-contract administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
- Finalization of project final accounts
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Candidates with 0 to 5 years of working experience in QS are preferred
- With technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
- Candidates with pre-contract experience and consultancy background will have an advantage
- Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
- Able to work as a team player
- Candidate with HKIS or RICS qualification will be considered for Assistant Team Leader or above
- Ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate clearly spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
