Your Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to translate business visions into appropriate solution design

About The Role
This individual will be part of the Strategy & Transformation team in AIA HK and play a pivotal role in shaping AIA HK's strategic transformation program which includes performing strategic analysis, driving business transformation initiatives, and achieving growth, savings and customer experience targets via management of multiple cross-functional initiatives.

This role provides a unique way to make an impact across the entire AIA HK business covering distribution channels, products, operations, new value pools as well as all the enabling functions such as technology, marketing, etc.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Strategic analysis: Develop strategic insights based on analysis on AIA HK's book of business, overall strategy and strategic initiatives
• Business Management and Performance Monitoring: Track performance against KPIs. Conduct regular reviews with KPIs owners to evaluate performance against forecast and recommend actions/adjustments as necessary.
